I loved the bed; the mattress was firm and comfy, and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was exactly what we needed; the eggs were great. The staff was very friendly, and the front desk lady found me as a Mariott member and added to the reservation even before I asked. We would stay again (we visited the bar to watch games in the past, and it was always a pleasant experience).

The pillows were not good, and the towels were worn out, not fluffy anymore, hurting my skin. The room was too dated, the furniture was scratched, mismatched, and ugly, and the bathroom fan (if any) wasn't working. Not many toiletries for a Mariott. I found it expensive for the shortcomings, and I sure expected more.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Hot breakfast was included with our package and they had a good selection to choose from. The restaurant staff were all very kind and friendly. Pool, hot tub and gym were also available which was nice. All in all it was great until after we checked out.

I paid for my stay in full on Booking.com prior to our arrival. A few days after we checked out, my credit card was charged for an extra person fee (when we didn’t have more than the four people I booked for) and another fee which could not be explained. These charges were eventually refunded however, I still took a loss as the exchange rate on my credit card was higher when they charged vs when the charges were refunded. Another family that booked also noticed charges after they checked out as well. Check your statement as this could happen to you.

It’s right off 101 and it’s easy to get to from SF or Sausalito The lobby and restaurants are welcoming and you can purchase breakfast before you go out and dinner here if you you don’t want to go out. The beautiful outdoor pool area has a fire pit and fireplace with lots of seating. There are restaurants close by they list on the tv if you want to go out. The rooms are clean and well stocked with soap, conditioner, and shampoo in containers mounted on the bathtub wall. Even the sink had a container of soap and lotion. Much nicer than the small containers. There’s a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker in the room. The bed and pillows were comfy but I prefer a flatter pillow for my neck and back The room was decorated nicely with an abstract picture of the Golden Gate Bridge, a very large screen tv and lots of outlets for all your electronics. Definitely a good choice!

The room was very nice and comfortable, and in a good location for coming home to Terra Linda. The climate controls worked well. The outdoor patio area of the hotel looked inviting, but it was a bit chilly that weekend, and we had limited time.

The room rates per night are very high (over $200.00), which would make it cost prohibitive to stay multiple nights. Breakfast was not included and would have been an additional $25.00. the large picture near the TV should be replaced with a mirror, which would be much more useful when trying to get ready. The window doesn't open. Checkout time should be later than 1100.

Facilities were well kept and comfortable, and the room was large, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the pool and spa tho only two jets were working in the spa (perhaps that's all there are?). Enjoyed our patio for an outdoor dinner and the outdoor facilities and fireplace were popular. Breakfast staff were very pleasant and variety of food was good. Parking was easy, plentiful and free of charge.

Exterior landscape by the patio rooms could be better maintained...lots of dead plants.

Booked for 3 persons, but we noticed unexpected extra costs on the bill. Also only received 2 breakfast cards instead of the booked 3 persons. Solved after discussion at the desk, but not customer friendly. Keep this in mind for future bookings to avoid the same discussions.

Location, clean and comfortable.

Did not include breakfast and it was shown as having breakfast listed on the hotel choices in booking.con. I specifically wanted to have breakfast included for my family and found out when they went to get it in the morning it was NOT included! Very sneaky as there was a breakfast banner over the hotel listing which has in the past always meant includes breakfast yet for this hotel it was not included but available for an extra $24 per person. I guess I have learned my lesson and will be more careful in the future. Sad because I book with booking.com a lot and never have come across such a thing! Price was too much for not including a breakfast, I think.

Rooms were were well equipped and included a bar-fridge and microwave which was a bonus. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the comforts of a robe and bathroom supplies which helped my stay.

The hotel had laundry services however were unable to provide support in getting me quarters to operate this. It is one thing to provide facilities and a second is to make it easy for guests to use it.

Everything went well. I do not have one complaint. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was a nice size, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a nice view of the mountains. The bathroom was clean, we had plenty of towels, the water pressure was nice with two options for either a jet spray or regular. The bathroom was also a nice size and had the usual toiletries available. There was plenty of parking. The lobby and other areas of the hotel were clean.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super clean rooms and the bed is absolutely comfortable. I have celiac disease and the chef always tries to accommodate me. I also arrive late from SFO flying in from Europe and even, when the kitchen is closed by the time I reach the hotel, the chef prepares some extra gluten-free food for me! Such a great customer service! Thank you very much!
