was very nice place and great staff.

I found a bed bug on my bed. I didn’t complain or make a deal about it because I was only able to find the one which I killed. inspected my entire bed and sheets and wasn’t able to locate another so I kept it on the down low . embassy, please clean bedding and check for bed bugs before giving out a room! . I’d stay again in a heartbeat though! I’m not a big complainer unless i really really need to.

Room 450 was nice and spacious, as I trust all other rooms are at Embassy Suites. Clean, well-stocked, refillable toiletries, glass water tumblers in room, good televisions in living room and bedroom, We had a lovely view west to Mt. Tamalpais. The price we paid was a real bargain. We were able to check in hours ahead of 4pm :-) Gabe at the front desk was beyond nice, personable and most helpful with some directions we needed. The generous breakfast buffet was as tasty as ever with made-to-order omelets and a host of other breakfast items hot and cold, fruits, yogurt, hot oatmeal, pancakes, hash browns, breakfast pastries, breads, etc. The fitness center was clean and plentiful equipment seemed new, or at least rarely used. Indoor pool looked nice but hubby said water not warm enough. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever we come to this area for events at the Smith Film Center. Definitely one of the better ones in this chain.

Just some teeny-tiny quibbles: Need more towel bars and hooks in bathroom, overhead lighting and floor lamp kind of awkward and too large for the living room space. Could be more diffuse to cast light in darker corners. Artwork on walls not to our taste but they are trying!

Loved the room. Family Suite. Everyone had space. Beds were comfortable. Loved the variety of the breakfast, including the made to order omlettes. Pool area was clean. Swimming was a highlight of the trip. In hotel store sold some over the counter medicine. Most of the staff was super friendly.

One staff member was rude. We missed the "daily reception." Worried about size of a drink at the bar. My daughter thought she had one drink, but it turned out she had two. They were not free, as it was after the reception.

I recently stayed here and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the location is excellent, making it easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the happy hour—it was a nice touch to unwind

However, the cleanliness could use some improvement. I wanted to bring up an issue I experienced when I checked in. When I arrived at the hotel around 4:30 p.m., the hallway was full of dirty dishes left outside from previous guests. I found it quite unpleasant, especially since it was Christmas night. Although I did mention it, and the dishes were removed afterward, I was also offered a different room, but unfortunately, it had the same issue. I appreciate that the staff addressed it, but I was expecting a higher standard of cleanliness and presentation from this hotel. It's unacceptable

The room was clean, breakfast decent, and the bed very comfortable. There was a nice walking path near the hotel I used. The snack options were great as well as the coffee. The room being so large was excellent and I like that the lights would turn on automatically. Overall I was very pleased.

The thing I enjoyed the least was that I was on the second floor and was not able to take a single flight of stairs to get up to my room. I had to take the elevator each time and it was extremely slow. I like the stairs. Also, my room 222, was right above the dumpster facility in the back. So, each morning I woke up to a garbage truck picking up trash. And as I went to bed, I was awoken by the kitchen staff dumping recycling. Its minor, but sort of annoying I was awoken.

Very helpful staff in all areas: reception (Keena, especially); dinner restaurant (Michael R), and the bartender whose name I did not catch. We had a one-night stay for a teen's birthday celebration with 5 teens and 4 adults. 2 rooms, all clean and quiet. Adults had a relaxing time, we loved happy hour! Kids loved the pool and chatting during happy our with their snacks and sodas. Dinner was lovely in the quiet restaurant. Breakfast was a treat with so many choices for all. All in all it felt like a holiday.

Chicken and veggie pie was a bit bland.

This was a great hotel, the location was nice, just a short drive away from several attractions and it was a quick drive to get to some shops and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic, plenty of fresh, hot and cold foods to choose from and you can get made-to-order omelettes. The bed was super comfy and the rooms seemed pretty sound proof which was nice. Great size room with modern fixtures.

At first glance the room seemed plenty clean but as our stay progressed I found little things here and there that weren’t very clean, like for example there was a set of shelves and the top shelf was dusty but the others were clean. Not a huge deal but clearly it wasn’t cleaned quite as well as it should’ve been.

Very clean modern rooms with a large amount of space. Great breakfast options, great parking that feels safe. Very nice staff. Great indoor atrium space surrounded by five floors of rooms. The entire hotel had a very modern theme used throughout the property.

The connecting door that opens to an adjacent room was unlocked on our side. That is a security issue. The reason I checked was because you can easily hear the people next door who were making a lot of noise. Cleaning staff should check to make sure those are locked when not in use.

Great location to access the north bay. Gabe was a superior employee taking care of the front. Personally handle some difficult clients with grace.

Gym was very well thought out. The equipment needs maintenance. 3 of 4 eliptycals were broken. 2of 3 oeletons has seat bolts stripped.

Location and amenities. Great breakfast too. And the every staff member I encountered was friendly, patient and took great care of me. Especially Leo who checked me in, he went above and beyond to accommodate my request.

It’s too bad the restaurant wasn’t open, but the food I ordered at the bar was excellent. Closest thing to a complaint I can think of.
