The property is a bit old, but it was clean from the reception desk to the rooms. The pool area was clean and I got a room with access to the pool which I loved. I didn’t go into the pool, I was only spending the night so I had no time, but seating outside a few minutes before going to bed was enjoyable. I didn’t use all the facilities, so I can speak mostly for the basic room furnishings. The a/c works and there was a convenient mini-fridge. The reception desk employee was nice, professional, and very helpful.

The major thing I didn’t like was the shower which is too low. It was 3 of us and the shortest one is 5’8”, it was uncomfortable washing our hair.

It’s great location and free parking . Love the terrace and close to all stores and restaurants .. it’s friendly staff, spacious and clean .

It’s clean and spacious , however only the bathtub need a renovation . It’s more lovely if they give attention to the bathtub that we stayed . I was thinking to soak and relax on a bathtub during my stay but it didn’t happen because the bathtub is not in good condition . In total it’s all good 😊

I liked the hotel not because it looked great because it looks not very nice from the outside and inside its pretty run down. The staff was cool the night i checked in for my sister. She stayed 3 nights.. good price, location perfect and love the rooms in the front by the office because u can walk out a door onto a patio off of your room. Its great. The rooms are pretty big and clean. They look updated. Everything was great but i tried to pay the 2nd night for my sister for another 3 days and they said at 10:30pm they couldn't take payment that it was to late. I explained i was paying for her and lived far and she is disabled... I asked if he could take my credit card info and copy my id and charge my card in morning, He said no he could not and to call management in the morning and they would do it for me, They did not, I had to go back down there. I went to the front desk to pay and they took payment but needed my sisters ID. She on the way up to the front desk dropped her vape out of her pocket. She did not one time smoke her vape in the lobby or in the room only outside on the patio. The maid saw the vape fall out of her pocket and told the manager and then they DNR ( DO NOT RENT ) to my sister and could not tell me if im included on the DNR list and if my sister or i could ever rent there. We clean our room before leaving. I asked him to check the room and it was cleaned!! They could not smell a vape cause she never smoked it in the room!! They made us leave.. it sucked. The price was right, the people were cool and my sister was comfortable. It was very wrong of them to do this. We spent hours trying to find another hotel..then had to wait 3 hours to check in, It was messed up. I couldnt believe it. Thank You

I said everything above. I explained it above however to sum it up basically it was a great place until the managers decided that because my sister dropped a vape that they would DNR for that incident and it was after we paid for 3 days and were paying right then for another 3 days.

Love that it looked like a budget motel but once you step inside it’s completely different!! Love the staff they are always so friendly and nice

The floor wasn’t swept and the door look like it’s easy to get in even without a key

We have stayed here before, and I love the closeness to the fwy and the spacious room

The cleaning staff only shows up 2 x per weak and they are talking on the phone the whole time. Being that we stayed for a week, and then a 2nd week, we notified the cleaning girls we had been doing the cleaning so it was fine that they did not come.

I’ve stayed here a few times! Love that the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. They should open a breakfast bar or something, maybe included in the stay or charge but overall, always love staying here just to get away.

My experience was absolutely fantastic! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the exceptional service to the top-notch amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended—10/10!

Rooms were not so bad as other hotels along Sepulveda Blvd & close to shopping and freeways

I ordered from the hotel menu & spent like $40 & the food was horrible I called front desk & young lady came to room & I showed her the unedible chili cheese burger & cold nasty fries I left it in garbage outside

The rooms were big and we had a huge balcony the bed was comphy

The room was impressively clean, although it smelled a little damp. Fridge was unplugged when I got there so it took a while before my refreshments were cold and ready to drink. The entire hotel is clean, the AC works superb, and the location has grocery stores, liquor stores and more than a dozen fast food spots and a dispensary ( 2 of them actually ) within walking distance. Great spot for the price, you won't be disappointed. Conveniently located off the 118 fwy where the 405, 118 and 5 cross.

The damp smell of the room, like it was mopped with an old mop.
