Great budget place. I would say clean but not top-notch hotel clean. Just fine clean though. I did see some people mentioned, for example, ripped chairs. We had those. Makes you feel a little less than clean, but objectively speaking they were actually clean…

For the price, this is good. I wasn’t actually crazy about the bed either. It seemed to have a divot. But in general, it’s fine. Also remember that you were sleeping next to a highway but luckily the highway is on the wall side. We were far enough away and had the air-conditioning on so it didn’t bother us.

The room was actually very nice and spacious. the mirror had a halo light around it, had a lil living room and a dinning table, was actually quite impressed but didn't know I had to put another deposit after paying for the room online already, they should tell you that before checking in....

The staff was probably having a bad day but didn't have to take it out on me so I just brushed it off. Was being talked to like a child because I wasn't aware of the extra deposit I had to put down after I thought it was all taken care of online already.

It's very close to my sister's house and makes traveling there much easier. I also like the room because it's cozy and definitely gets the job done for an affordable price.

I wouldn't say so much that there was anything I did not like about the property. The only thing that I would mention are Q-tips, and tissues should be provided to the customer by default along with the toiletries. Maybe even include a little packet of body wash as opposed to bar soap just to provide more option. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff and everybody was very friendly and I will absolutely stay at your hotel again. That was just more of friendly advice.

Depending on the room I like the couch, it is like having a living room to relax in which is rare and appreciated. The cleanliness is a plus, as is the microwave & fridge in every room.

The water pressure is terrible, the amount of towels stocked in the room is barely enough for one let alone two. I think there should be a door between the bathroom and bedroom, and I think the kitchen (fridge, microwave, ice bucket) should be in living area not bathroom area.

The gentleman who worked in the afternoon when I checked in was amazing. First of all I accidentally booked two rooms on the same night and Booking.Com as they always do wasn’t going to get a bed for me. However, the staff here worked it out got one of the charges refunded and was first class, TREATMENT towards myself and my girlfriend. He deserves the upmost respect and the damn good raise. If half the hotel staff was half as good as he was, it would be enjoyable to stay in hotels in this area.

This is my 3rd time staying there and let me tell you why, 1st is the location wheee I found it very good , quiet and close to people I need to see. Both front desk employees weee attentive and professional. This is my to spot in LA any time I fly solo. See you next month

Hot water takes along time to get warm and the internet went down for sometime, which I find it inconvenient.vending machine is out of order so please fix that.

The rooms are big and clean, and have a working a/c a blessing in such a hot day.

Two things 1. I had to make sure I was being charged the “Genius rate” which was a problem. 2. Because of the position of the room, it was noisier and the walls & windows were radiating heat. Had to crank up the AC to cool off.

Very clean & cozy and quiet it was really Great, Perfect ... Customer service was Awesome thanks for the great service.. I like the fact that the fwy entrance was close by.. across the street was a gas station, mini market . Definitely would love to come back again maybe next time go swimming as my partner agrees with ALL .. Thank You, for all the great service!!

Convenience and easy check in.

The room was small and old. The stairs ans hallway is very close and near the street. I would prefer to stay in the other building next time.

The room was large, no carpet, large bed, sink separate from toilet area. Ice machine, fridge. Rooms are nice and comfortable!

It seems kind of seedy outside even tho it’s painted nice and they definitely try to make it look nice. I don’t always like staying at a place with outside access.
