Personell, room size ,bed, wifi, refrigerator in the room, breakfast area ,cleanliness, attention and responsiveness of the Personell and management, friendliness, coffee and tea stations around the day ,free local phone calls, front desk personnel:Samanta,Kamila,Ann ,Sharon and Karen.free and big parking space ,proximity to the shopping, restaurants,gas stations and free way.

Weak and dim lighting in the room,noisy air-conditioning. One one night there was a group of drunk people who banged on the door at night and no security personnel was at sight, very unpleasant feeling, should have a security personnel at least at nights.

We absolutely loved the variety of breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. It would be nice to have another umbrella for the hot weather but it was a blast for the kids. We really enjoyed the fire pit table, kept us all warm during the chilly evenings. The check in gentlemen was helpful but not super friendly. The breakfast attendant lacked customer service skills and always seems to have an excuse for any requests. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Clean rooms, provided more towels when needed. Also appreciated that pool towels were kept stocked at the pool. Hotel is near a ton of places to eat like McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pollo Loco, IHOP, Dennys, Outback. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast staff could have been a bit more friendly but she was attentive to stocking the breakfast items well so kuddos to her.

Everything was excellent. From the front desk people at both Marriott Resorts (we went first to the Marriott Residence by mistake) to the room amenities, to the breakfast choices, cleanliness of the beds, everything was just exceptional. The Front Desk gentleman, (I believe his name was Juan), went beyond and above to help us park our truck and trailer. We cannot thank him enough for everything he did to help us that night.

I have nothing to note here. We enjoyed out stay and all the amenities at the Inn.

We stayed here for easy access to Magic Mountain Six Flags. It was absolutely perfect. We are a family of five with three teen children. The room was plenty big enough for all of us. I loved the hot tub on a cold night!

There was some upgrading happening with construction noise. It was minimal, but we weren’t warned in advance.

Location was great.

Lack of consideration for both employees and guests regarding the breakfast bar. Hours should be clearly posted right next to the entrance of the buffet since weekday and weekend hours are different. It would be less stressful on the dear employees and less disappointing for the guests. PLEASE PUT A SIMPLE SIGN! Front desk employees also told guests incorrect hours. This is management’s responsibility.

Staff was really polite and friendly. All were always very willing to help. Room was clean. I love that they are pet friendly and have toys and snacks at the front desk for them. The area is very quiet and peaceful! I did a lot of relaxing by the pool.

Breakfast would have been better if they would have replenished more often especially the coffee & hot foods. Seemed like they didn't have enough food for the crowd that came down to eat. You also have to keep track of cleaning days since they dont clean the rooms everyday.

Love the staff, low stress, no hassle people. The place is clean and feels very safe. It is my favorite place to stay in the area. Beds are nice, it has the little touches that make a place comfortable. Breakfast is really good for a hotel.

When scrambled eggs are cooked in large batches you get some weird dense bits sometimes. Otherwise really happy with the place all around.

OMG what can I say... We had just come from Vegas where we paid way more for a hotel on the Strip (LinQ if you want to know) it was trashy, stinky, literally zero human interaction and no breakfast.... Just walking into the Fairfield (and at the Residence Inn where we also had a room) we could tell this was going to be great. A very helpful and smiling person at the desk... the room was amazing from architecture to furniture to all the little details. The breakfast was off the charts amazing.

The rooms were clean and and the beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good (better quality and variety than most hotels), and the service was very friendly and efficient.

I didn’t realize til we arrived that this is a very “pet friendly” hotel, even with a little pet bowl area in the entryway. And lots of people with dogs. That’s a huge plus if you travel with pets, but not so much if, like us, you don’t want to stay in a hotel room where dogs or cats have been on the carpet, chairs and beds. We have one family member who is extremely allergic to cats, so as a rule we avoid “pet friendly” hotels. That said, we did not find pet hair in the room or anything, so they clean well.

I was looking for a place to stay for the night before our drive home to Northern California. The price was decent and it was outside of LA to beat the traffic. We got to the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was big and comfortable with a fridge and microwave in the room. Very close to a Walmart to get things for the unplanned extra night. They also had a hot tub, which we took full advantage of after 2 days of walking around in So Cal. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling. We hit the hot tub once more before check out and parking was free. They also had a super cute area for guests with dogs in the lobby which even I, a cat person, thought was very thoughtful.

They share the parking lot with another Marriot hotel, so it was a bit cramped.
