The location is perfect to go to Six Flags! We hab a big room that had everything we needed for a night. We also checked out the outdoors hot tub, which was great and open till 10pm. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful! They stored our luggage after check-out at no cost and the free parking right outside the door was also very nice.

Even though they had their breakfast hours displayed everywhere, the lady there was in a hurry to tidy it up nearly an hour in advance. She stored food away, turned off the juice machine and locked the fridge even though a lot of people were still arriving well in advance to the closing time. I‘d understand if you close 10 minutes early if it wasn’t busy but this was just not cool.

Very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet area.

The breakfast set up wasn’t the best but ok. The set up could be a little better. The line for waffles was in the way of trying to get to the other food items. The food items were not the best. Seems things could have been cooked a little longer, the hashbrowns were under cooked and just falling apart. Maybe add some salsa or something to go with the eggs. But the food did taste good.

The room was amazing. The location was perfect. The staff was amazing.

I didn't like that supplies ran out for breakfast. That was one of the main reasons we booked with Best Western and the waffles were not available, nor was there yogurt. It was very disappointing, my family was not expecting to have to go to Dennys when breakfast is included. I work in management so I know it is not the front line staffs call. Corporate needs to do better. It os summer and your located at 6 Flags. All accommodations should be available, breakfast was the only thing in my filters when I picked Best Western so to have to spend 200 extra dollars for breakfast for 6 people is unacceptable, I would have picked a different location.

I understand that check-in could have gone more smoothly. I noticed there was an extra fee charged, but I appreciate that it wasn't the staff's fault; the computer system didn't allow her to bypass the check-in process. I can see how frustrating that must have been for everyone involved.

Everything at this location was amazing and clean. We walked to Six Flags and saved $35 from a parking fee at Six Flags. Parking at the hotel is 10 bucks, and it still beats Uber fees.There is a free trolley, but we didn't get to use it since we realized about it until our last day.

The chaos at breakfast time. Employees had a hard time stocking up hot breakfast items and created a backup of people. Maybe provide a backup employee during this time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western, the rooms and hotel were spotless and comfortable, the staff was outstanding and the breakfast exceeded our epectations. The location was perfect also, east to find and central to everywhere we wanted to go.

The only complaint we had was the bathroom exhaust fan didn't seem to work, so foul odors carried out to the living area. we didn't really like the coffee maker either, it just seemed so cheap compared to what we expected from a hotel this grand.

I liked the fact that 6 Flags was within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing!

The staff really didn't know anything about 6 Flags. When I walked there and learned it didn't open until 7, I walked back and asked the front desk what I could do until it opened. Go to the mall was the response. When I asked about fast pass, general information about the park, etc, they really couldn't help me. Isn't that kinda the point about staying at a hotel with the name 6 Flags?

The property was located close to I5, the room was very clean, I was greeted promptly each time I walked into the lobby. This was a last-minute stop so I used the hotel shampoo and conditioner. While the containers were tiny and stiff, making it was hard to get the product out, I will say that the conditioner was amazing. My hair hasn't been this silky in months!

The bed and pillows were a little firm for my taste. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The location for this property was perfection! It was minutes away from Six Flags, which was the purpose of our stay, and it’s in the most keen location for shopping and dining! I booked my first 2 nights with booking and the very most friendly front desk gal, Shophie, helped me extend my stay! I would definitely book this hotel again!

Really comfy beds, nice clean rooms. Fair breakfast. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Only a 20min (reasonable pace) walk to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Could leave the car in the car park for $10 a day after checkout while visiting MM.

Breakfast area was a fair size but still not really big enough to seat everyone. Breakfast was fair but not enough fruit.
