The customer service was excellent. We were in a room with a toilet that wasn't flushing all the way, with a view of Hwy 5. The noise from the highway really bothered us. We asked to move to a pool-view room (with a working toilet!), and the staff member took care of it for us immediately. The pool-side room did not have a noise issue for us, and everything worked great. We loved being just across the highway from Six Flags. Self-parking is always great, which is way better than dealing with valet parking at other hotels. We liked the breakfast selection, and even enjoyed the heated pool--in November!

I loved this hotel, I highly recommend it, especially compared to the other options in the area. The hotel is super cute, clean, and safe. I had to leave another hotel that felt creepy as a woman traveling alone, and this hotel was the polar opposite feeling with friendly staff and mostly families staying there. Nice pool too.

It was very clean. Very comfortable loved the bed and the shower was amazing the layout of the room was so cute. The stafff were amazing just so happy and welcoming this is now our go to spot when we come to six flags the view from room 428 u could see a few rides at six flags. I’m so happy with our stay here.. wish we could have stayed forever.

Great hotel, clean, safe area. Pool area was really nice and the pool was warm enough to use even in March. Breakfast simple but good quality. Rooms really spacious and modern. Shoping with 5minutes by car. Got early checkin.

Next to the I5 which did create some noice. Other than that we were happy with everything.

Room size and comfort.

Had to buy an air freshener because there was an unpleasant odor in the room (like a used diaper). Water pressure was decent but the shower head stream/spray wasn’t great no matter how it was adjusted.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, good size bathroom. Location was perfect.

Semi trailer trucks took up all the spaces with their across ways parking. You should have them park along the street instead of in the lot. I know this is a pet friendly hotel but these guests on our floor bring their dog along on the trip then leave him in the room all day while they go to Magic Mountain and the poor dog barked ALL DAY until they got back at night. My husband had to work in our room for conference calls and it was so difficult, and sad honestly. You should have a policy about leaving dogs, pets unattended. Also, bathrooms NEED a hook! There’s only the towel bar and it’s not very long.

not much. disappointed they were so busy so the clerk didn’t have time to tell me where to park my car. when i asked she just pointed. I didn’t know there was a garage with a convenient elevator which i needed for my many bags traveling alone. Breakfast closed at 9 am. a little early, but again. Would have been good for clerk to give me the rundown.

Breakfast finishes @ 9am on weekdays which is so early compared to every other hotel we have stayed in. Parking is a bit annoying if you have lots of luggage.

I would always prefer the toilet and sink separate from the shower to facilitate more than one at a time getting ready. A jacuzzi would be nice .
