The front desk staff was truly very helpful, and super nice. The rooms were clean and we also used the pool that was also very clean. I had a very easy check in and check out

As for the breakfast options they were very small, it would be nice to have some more options, the parking is extremely tight, when it came to me leaving I had to pull out of my parking space just to load my things as I had no space to open my door. Also the trash cans out front, when I arrived the evening of my stay the front trash was overflowing and I had to find another, as well as the next morning when I was leaving the same trash was all on the floor at the front lobby door.

They have a small pool and it was pretty quiet. Rooms looked decently clean. Staff was very polite.

The parking spaces look like they were made for Smart cars, because they are really small. TV also turned on at night... Looks like someone thought it would be funny to set that up. Tried to change it with the remote but it wasn't set up for the tv. Had to wait until the next day for someone from the hotel staff to change it.

Very comfortable bed . . . slept very well!

As a short person, getting in the bed was a little difficult. Did not like the soap attached to the wall, would have preferred even a small bar of soap and since I enjoy taking a bath instead of a shower and as a result of recent knee surgery, getting to the soap on the wall was difficult!

Great location and access to shops, about 5-10mins by car. The bedrooms and pool was clean, and the hotel FOH are nice. Taylor in particular was very kind, patient and accommodating, always willing to help you out with a smile!

Free breakfast is very limited compared to other hotels I’ve paid the same price for.

The bed was super comfortable & refrigerator was good size. Also, loved the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking. Also, the front office people were extremely friendly & they called the pool guy to come clean pool & jacuzzi when I asked. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The walls are a little thin, but overall great value & clean!!

Salmon was on the dinner menu and when I asked what kind of salmon it was (if it was sockeye) I was told it was Atlantic farmed salmon which was disappointing since on the menu and website it was promoting proudly that they are farm to table and supporting local/California food sources but obviously not. The pacific coast has the best fish in the country with some of the best seafood from Alaska but this hotel brings in farm raised fish from 3000 miles away! Sad!

Clean and safe place, was convenient for me on where I needed to be and staff was really nice

The construction on the road, but cant do much of what the City does and where they build, overall stay was great

The staff and owner are very friendly, the motel is clean and well appointed. There was nothing for me to complain about. I plan to use this motel for my visits to California.

Breakfast can improve but this is not a complaint.

The friendly greeting upon arrival by office person. The quick response to accommodate the last minute need to bring my poodle along. The friendly cleaning staff. Ac was excellent.

The room and bathroom had a not to good smell kind of moldy. and the bathroom needs a better cleaning. Both room and bathroom need upgrades curtains, paint,bedding and a little decor.

Room was perfect and clean. Bathroom Clean and practice. Working desk.
