Very nice, upscale hotel. Clean and beautiful. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, cinemas, and the Valencia Town Center mall. The staff was great, polite, and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the Valencia Golf Course. I will definitely stay here again.

The beds could be better. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, and I wasn't able to sleep as well as I could have. Everything else about the room was perfect!

Up to date and well appointed. The location is fantastic as well with plenty of food and shopping in walking distance.

Hot tub was in need of some attention. Also, the number of children and that they were just running amok. A little expected given the proximity to the amusement park. I would recommend making the pool 21 and over only from 9-10pm or from 10-11pm.

Room was really confortable I requested a quiet area of the hotel and this room/location within the hotel met that request

Would love to somehow have more access to outside - be able to open doors wider Lamps on both sides of the bed Provide much more sugar/creamer for coffee in the room. Two tiny packets of creamer for four cups of coffee just doesn't quite cut it

Very very clean. Well appointed room. Loved the downstairs options but I needed body lotion and they had none aside from the heavily perfumed option. They did waive our parking as the listing said it was included and that wasn’t the case. Thanks for a great stay!

The parking should be included at that price.

The staff, Especially Craig & Ryan the door men/porters. I've stopped at the hotel a few times over the last year and they remember your name and are very helpful and polite and are a credit to your hotel. Also the bar staff are also very friendly and polite as well as remembering us. Also reception staff were great too. Would you please thank them as they deserve credit.

There isn't really anything to point out regarding dislikes. When i stopped there in January i did question the housekeeping only cleaning the room every 3 or 4 days which i believe is too long but on arrival this time i asked if it could be done every two days and you replied no problem and did which was perfect! Me personally think that is a small issue that can be rectified as no one wants to come back to the room with waste bins full and smelling as well as an unmade bed. Again not a big problem just makes a better impression for the guests.

The property is in a good location and is cleaned and comfortable. The parking situation is convenient and it is in a area that feels safe.

The front desk seemed unfriendly and they did not have a well-stocked breakfast selections à la cart. The room service took it upon themselves to alter out order without checking with us.

Really good location near the Valencia Town Center. One of the few walkable parts of Santa Clarita. Parking was easy and affordable ($17/night) and the hotel bar had a courteous staff. Room was a good size and met our expectations.

Our room didn't have much of a view because we were on a low floor. The hotel staff wasn't rude or anything, but also wasn't particularly accommodating with information about the area. Would have liked a little more information.

Our room was very nice, I would almost consider it a suite. There was a bump out alcove with a small love seat and TV also frig. We traveled with a dog so the extra room was really nice for his bed etc.

It would have been nice to have a microwave.

Salmon was on the dinner menu and when I asked what kind of salmon it was (if it was sockeye) I was told it was Atlantic farmed salmon which was disappointing since on the menu and website it was promoting proudly that they are farm to table and supporting local/California food sources but obviously not. The pacific coast has the best fish in the country with some of the best seafood from Alaska but this hotel brings in farm raised fish from 3000 miles away! Sad!

The hotel is close to everything. It is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.

We expected the pool to be heated. There was a small spa that was indeed heated and that was great.
