The staff were very personable and very accommodating with our special requests. They allowed us to use an unused area of hotel for family members to gather then went out of their way to inform us when the time availability for the room changed. They also allowed us a little longer to check out because of that change. Rooms were very clean, spacious and modern, and even had a Keurig coffee machine, small refrigerator and microwave! They also had a good breakfast selection of hot and cold foods! Location near freeway was also convenient. Pool was clean and nice place for family to also gather.

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, and nice pool. Clean area and quiet. We received a pleasant greeting when checking in, and every staff member was friendly and kind.

The only thing I had a problem with (a BIG problem) was how filthy the carpets in the room were. They looked clean, as in they had obviously been vacuumed. However, my daughter walked barefoot across the room a few times, and the soles of her feet were FILTHY. It felt disgusting being in the room after that even though the bathroom, beds, and everything else were very clean. I would recommend the owners get the carpets cleaned.

The breakfast options were wonderful and kept fresh and well-stocked by friendly and responsive staff. The room was clean and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. I stayed during an intense heatwave, and the in-unit AC was much quieter and more efficient than expected. Compared to other hotels, the climate was very comfortable. This was my first Holiday Inn Express experience and I can say without reservation that these will be the first rooms I look for in the future.

The room had lots of place for luggage. The bathtub had a non-slip mat - and it was clean. The Breakfast room is beautiful and allowed us to do some deskwork in the lounge area. The breakfast foods are good, and the person attending it was very hardworking and kind.

A room facing the interior might be more quiet - as long as other guests are not loud. Our room had a window to the street, so we heard traffic by 7 AM that Sunday. The bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom, which is inconvenient. No outlet for a nightlight in the toilet & tub room, so it is very dark at night (or painfully bright for sleepy eyes).

I was early to check in but instead of just sending me away until the room was ready, they offered me breakfast while I wait for my wife to arrive. a I met some more of the staff which were very friendly and polite. The chef really knows how to cook a good breakfast and it was very heartwarming experience and the start of a wonderful stay at this fine establishment.

I didn't appreciate (at all) why I had to leave so soon I definitely would have stayed longer if I could.

The breakfast was superb. The room cleaning staff were very quick and courteous and made it convenient for my wife and me. The front office folks were knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. All in all it was a great stay and we will look first to Holiday Inn accomodations first from now on.

The distance we had to carry luggage from our car to the room.

The beds were so comfy and the room was quiet. The fridge didnt work upon arrival but after talking with front desk it was taken care of within a few hours which was great. Check in and out was quick and easy.

The gym had great equipment but the floor was very dirty and there was only one mat available for use. The stairs and elevator are quite old and could use an upgrade.

The staff was amazing. The front desk man helped open the door for us when we were struggling to get our belonging in. Very nice and helpful. Cleaning was great and breakfast staff was wonderful. They were always refilling and cleaning tables. Nice to see they really care about the guests. The room we got was a suite and we didn’t realize it would be with 2 bathrooms and two adjoined rooms which was great to have with 6 people.

Other guests at pool took all the available seating for their party making it less enjoyable to watch our children at the pool. They were not using all the chairs but claimed them so no one else could have one.

The staff was very nice and honest. When we checked out, my husband lost his card. They found it and contacted me and made arrangements to get the card to us safely.

Just that it was outside. I thought the pool would be indoors and my daughter really wanted to go swimming , but couldn’t because it was too cold outside.

The "extras" were so appreciated. 4 mirrors, 2 sinks, microwave, frig, coffeemaker and all the goodies, especially a decaf teabag! Super friendly staff, who really seemed to care, AMAZING. Cookies in the lobby. Really good breakfast. Overall, wish every place we stay was so comfortable.
