Clean. Mostly updated. Rooms were fantastic.

Only one elevator the whole 7 nights. Coffee and water reloads were lax. Had to point this out to staff. Food was fair - not good value for price. Love paying $3 for food delivery as a guy rides an elevator to deliver. Not like he had to drive. 19% tip forced and then a line for a tip… uh huh. Maybe 30% tip? I was quoted 1,385.25 all in. Was charged $8 more. No big deal but reception’s answer was, you paid $30 more for the first night. Huh? It was only 8 over. She never found it. I ate it on principal - fine. Won’t book again. I remember the Radisson - it was a palace but then again, I’m old :)

Lobby was pretty. Parking ok.

No breakfast buffet. For the price each night, breakfast should be included. The Sheraton sign was small and set back. There should be a large sign before the entrance. Missed the turn several times. Bathroom smelled weird. Like someone used bleach on dirt to clean and didn’t rinse well and left it there to dry. I’ve smelled this before in my own home when I clean with a lick and a promise. In other words, very quickly. Very disturbing. I knew the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly.

Staff was very professional and nice. Bed was VERY comfortable. What I did not like and just being picky. They gave us a free bottle of water and then one that they charged. When we walked in our room the charged water was right there so we opened then noticed around the corner was the free one. Anyway it was only $4.95 but didn’t appreciate how it was not labled for a cost and the free one was kinda hidden. Felt like they tricked us. LOL but not a big deal other than that all was amazing. Great food in the Resturant. We would go back.

Comfortable and quiet, even though my room was next to a stairwell with metal stairs that clamor as guests climb up and down on them. When I first saw the stairs, I was worried about my sleep being disturbed. It didn’t, for which I am very grateful. The complimentary non-alcoholic drinks downstairs were great, too. I especially enjoyed the water with the orange slices.

The hours listed in the hotel restaurant menu in the room needs to match what its actual hours are.

The hotel was nice and clean. Location in the hills. I think it's time to upgrade the furniture and the flooring but that can be said about MANY hotels even more upscale ones. The outside fire pits near the bar was an excellent touch and the breakfast buffet was great!

The weather....... but that's not the hotel's fault. Very overcast, dreary, and cool meanwhile back home in Chicago it was sunny and warm.

Excellent location, very clean, and a good price compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff member who checked us in did not inform us that she was giving us a room for people with disabilities. The bathroom had no counter space—only a sink that allowed for a person in a wheelchair to use it easily. There was nowhere to set my curling iron or brushes or hairspray which made getting ready in the morning very cumbersome and difficult. When I discovered what the bathroom was like, I would have requested that they change our room, but my husband was too tired and did’t want to be bothered!

For the weekend of 4th of July 2024, the price was one of the best for this quality hotel. If You wanna spend some time resting on Malibu beaches, it is just 20 minutes by car and it really doesn't feel that far :) Hotel has restaurant and good bar with outside seating by fireplaces. We had great bartender there, he was willing to serve us even after the official closing hours.

breakfast in the lounge was adequate. I just had a bagel and a bowl of cereal. What I really appreciated was the free acee access to cold water, orange juice and soda when I was thirsty. This was the first visit that housekeeping remembered to turn off alarm

Good facilities, comfortable bed

Slow Internet, $15 per day to have decent connection, but problematic to configure id you already chose the free WiFi option. A hotel with this price should have a good internet connection included in the price.

Had everything I needed and parking was close. Floor where room was pretty quiet which I liked since I was there for stressful reasons.

Other elevators/ exits to outdoor parking lot for handicap. Also even though the hotel not the worst I’ve seen it definitely needs to be renovated because rug is looking pretty bad where I don’t want to walk barefoot on it. And better cleaning in bathroom/tub.
