I wasn't expecting little studio apartments, very nice

The parking is horrible, honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel, no street parking, only valet which seems scummy and a cheap way to get more money from people

Breakfast was okay for being free, but could be better. The rooms were nice, clean, & modern. I liked that I could travel with my pet, of course with an extra fee of $75. I also like that the hotel is close to Westfield Topanga shopping mall, one of the best malls in LA.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking, $31 extra a night just for parking that's ridiculous, hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking. The other thing I didn't like is that the room's bathroom door could not lock; and because its like a sliding barn door there is a 1 inch gap on the side that others staying with you could see through. (Imagine taking a poop with the door cracked opened, not cool, lack of privacy.) We took our baby and requested a crib, which was just a pack n' play; babies practically sleep 3 inches off of the floor.

Very clean! Everything was brand new and even smelled new. The gym was clean the pool was clean and kept warm. There was a free continental breakfast every morning. Our room had enough to sleep 6 people. The room also had a kitchenette and dishware/silverware where we could cook our own food .

The parking! How do you have a hotel with no parking?! The only option was to pay $34 for valet parking. Considering that this hotel is not near anything, the parking is really expensive and makes no sense to me.

This was a comfortable hotel that would have been extremely good for a family, especially ones that need to cook their own meals and don't mind very early morning housekeeping. The breakfast was decent and the 24/7 gym was nice. The pool is more like a big tub and was usually filled with kids.

The parking was really a pain. Every time I got picked up by a car, they would get confused by the entrance or there would be a line up for the valet that kept them from entering the property. There was a curb that every so often a person would hit because it was so hard to see. I think they can reconsider the entrance.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast including waffle maker and egg sandwiches. Good shelving area to put your things. I loved that the lobby area stays open late with a bar and tv area, coffee and hot tea throughout the day.

The parking fees and parking situation. $31 a day is a lot especially when you are staying multiple nights, and don’t have easy access to your car to get things because it is valeted. It’s also 30 minutes outside of LA so I wouldn’t expect parking fees for Woodland Hills. If parking is an issue where the hotel is located in the street, then valet should be complimentary. We just checked in for the second part of our LA trip and again not happy about the parking, nor was a woman I started talking to in the parking lot.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily due to its excellent location. Being near the Westfield mall and having numerous restaurants. Within a 30-minute walking distance I had easy access to everything I needed including a kitchen in the room. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options and 24/7 coffee, which was a great convenience.

There were a couple of small downsides. The gym lacked some legs training equipment, and the swimming pool was small. Despite these small issues, I enjoyed my stay overall.

Overall well maintained , clean and good amenities. Clean bathroom . They have a good gym also onsite. Staff were helpful . Breakfast is good and there are enough choices for the kids.

The sofa bed was not so great and I expected a little more space on the living room part given it was a booking for 3 adults and 2 kids in our case. Valet parking is the only parking available and you will end up paying another ~40$ per night , and it is a pain when you road trip because the access to the car is limited, you cannot leave stuff in your car for grabbing later.

Loved location, hotel staff and room. Disliked sliding bathroom door. Breakfast line was also very time consuming and uncomfortable. The breakfast line was so long that by the time the different foods were restocked and We made it to the end of the line to eat, our food was cold on both days. The waffle station was a mess and inadequate. If breakfast situation was improved it would be close to a perfect stay.

The hotel was comfortable with cosy facilities. The room was large and equipped with anything you needed. I travelled for work and it was very comfortable to work from the hotel and often I preferred to work from the hotel rather than from the office. The hotel had a nice (yet small) pool and served a good breakfast. The hotel served free coffee and tea all day.

Everything was amazing.

I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites Hilton hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shops. It is also within walking distance of the testing center (CompTIA), which was very convenient for me. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the concierge, who went above and beyond to help me with my travel plans. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the cable TV. Overall, I had a great stay at the Home2 Suites Hilton hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this stay. Everything was in its proper place and happened as it should have.
