Everything was great, the location, the price, the staff the room all was great. Except there are no clothes steamer just an iron that couldn’t be used on my outfit. Tried inquiring about getting in from laundry but had no response. I was already running late to my event so had no time to follow up. Also the air conditioning wasn’t working so had to call someone up to fix it. Had only 3 bath towels and 4 people staying. Just minor details that were a bit annoying but overall great stay as always.

No direct access from parking lot to the hotel, had to drag through the driveway to the front entrance.

The room was big enough, clean and having a nice view. The bathroom plus the restroom were well lite up and having all the necessary amenities. The WIFI was very fast and the people at the front /reception were welcoming.

I did not like the idea of paying for parking since the entire parking place was empty. I went with my family, the breakfast was very expensive, the soap dispenser was missing the soap, I had to go without using soap that first night.

Clean, new, modern, convenient location

There was a couple above us having a domestic dispute the night before a friends’ wedding. We called several times for help between 1 and 4am and were offered to change rooms but not offered support with calling police or asking them to quiet down. As a result we barely slept leading up to the big day.

I liked the location of the hotel

I didn’t liked that the air conditioning was not working, after complaining they just checked but the problem continued. The whole 8 floor was hot, something is really going on with their heater. The food at the hotel was really good but the waiters were not attentive, it took a long time for us to even have the menu, we had to ask a couple of times for it.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The room was beautiful on the 12th floor, a gorgeous view! I brought my little dog to get away from the rat race for one day, and that cost me a lot of money, I had room service and a couple of drinks, but I would love to find out about the Hilton honors program

I enjoyed the room service, but I thought the prices were way too high!

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are top-notch. Jeremiah at the front desk and all the valet staff are so polite and helpful. This was my 4th stay, and I will come back again. I am a solo elderly female traveler, I especially like that this lo ation is very safe. Thank you, Hilton.

Nothing

The room was very big and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was little, but it had everything we needed and the shower was very nice, also the view was nice from the 9th floor.

The only little thing I didn't like much was the noise from the room next to ours, we could hear everything, but we were very tired and fell asleep quite early, and it didn't bother us.

Good hotel. Good facilities. Great little shop next to reception. Great idea.

Lobby and elevators floors were often dirty. Bf buffet quiet expensive for content. Parking should be offered for staying customers. Only valet parking should be charged

Very clean, ac is not quite but it works just 10-15seconds, so sleep was very good 👍. Bed was amazing, all the staff are very friendly and always can help you! Vallet parking is very comfortable, breakfast are also great! That was very enjoyable stay

Very clean, rooms were very spacious and included a desk and large windows. The parking garage was also great, there were tons of parking spaces and was very accessible to the hotel.

No breakfast included but the restaurant was nice.
