I really loved the architecture of the hotel, I love the way that the pool was set into a little courtyard and the little extra courtyard that you can relax in,in the morning or in the evening. I love the view of the mountains from the parking lot. All in all it was just a really good stay.The room was comfortable clean and the way that the hotel was situated was just perfect! The old style architecture it was just a great stay. The Staff was extremely helpful very polite they just added to how great our stay was there

I think adding a free breakfast would have made it all the more better... A little restaurant was nice but a free breakfast bar I think just would have made it even better.

Plenty of parking. Reception staff were friendly and handed out a warm cookie at check-in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it included a fridge. The jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after a long day. Wi-Fi was free and reliable, even outside. There were lots of power outlets, and the gym, while small, had the basics.

The hotel is long, so some rooms are a bit of a walk from the lobby. The bathroom was small, and the hairdryer didn’t work.

The hotel staff was wonderfully helpful & kind. Got to check out the pool & hot tub, and the warm cookies are always a treat!

The pool towels were more like car wash towels.... thin and small. The shower head was WAY TOO HIGH and fixed..so we could not reach it to adjust it. Plus, the shower door only opened from 1 side....so watch out... you will get a blast full of cold water first.

The design, the comfort, everything except food meals.

I ordered dinner on two separate nights. Both dinners were smothered in too much sauce. The pomodoro on the angel hair pasta was drowning it. That's not supposed to be how it is served. Also, the pasta was over cooked. But the service was great. The sourdough rolls were delicious.

We particularly like the swimming pool and hot tub, also quite enough to have a good sleep. Coffee and tea maker and mini fridge very convenient.

I was very disappointed not to have a microwave, in advertising all rooms include a mini fridge coffee maker and microwave. But other than that, everything was fantastic, I will definitely stay there again and I do recommend it. Thank you, Double Tree by Hilton, for making my stay a good experience.

Over all it was a great experience sa in the few times I’ve stayed.

This trip had a couple of issues. The drain in the bathroom sink drained really slow, as if it was clogged. jacuzzi was barely hot and the chair lift for disabled guests was hanging above the middle of the jacuzzi.took twenty minutes before someone came. I understand things happen. Still made the most of it. Will be back again.

Clean and next to our destination

The view outside the window was quite ugly. It was a cement gutter with trash and a piece of lattice. It is too bad that there isn’t enough room to put a couple of potted trees in that area. Except for my complaining about the view, the staff. room, bar, and food were great

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It was close to my family so it worked out great. The absolute best staff. They are all so kind and accommodating.

Street noise is bothersome. Wish the breakfasts choices were a little better. Laundry was very high ($) so I didn’t use. ( for detergent, wash and dry you need $12 in quarters!

The room was cleaned daily. Towels were replaced each day.

The breakfast buffet was not hot. It had been sitting out for an extended time.

1. Great small gym with the key equipment I needed 2. Shower pressure was great. Hot water was instant 3. Rooms were large unlike newer hotels 4. House keeping was very responsive

1. The room door for 216 was very hard to open - the rubber was broken - needed a push every time.
