Hotel was clean, modern, service was efficient and polite, the rate was better than other hotels (by a little, but still...every dollar counts), breakfast was good enough (the hot choices were just okay) but the selection was nice.

Breakfast - the eggs were not great, the orange juice seemed really watered down and the bread/baked goods were pretty dry. However, I really did like the coffee/tea service that was always available. That was a very nice touch.

We recently stayed at Hampton Agoura, and had most exciting experience with Mike who made us feel so special, and went far and beyond what his job requires him to do, we felt at home. Mike's hospitality should be an example for everybody else in the business. Mike is the reason why we will come back to Hampton Inn. But, we have also to acknowledge the rest of the staff, everyone was so nice, plus the hotel is very clean, mattresses comfortable, including the pillows. Thank you for doing great job!

Great location, staff very helpful for advice getting around the area

Air conditioning unit fan squeaked and clicked too loud to have on, room was warm enough so I just shut it off A small thing at breakfast that would help. The hot food is kept in a serving tray with a lid and there is another cover over that. You can't open the lid of the serving tray because it hits the cover over the top and it's hard to get food because you have to hold the lid half open and spoon out food with the other hand and there is not place for your plate...try it yourself it should be obvious you need to swap around equipment of something.

Perfectly spotless, very very nice for a modest price. Exactly what we needed… nothing fancy but still quite nice. Husband loved the gym. The restaurant area was open at all hours so we could just hang out and visit with family. Breakfast wasn’t lavish, but still way more than adequate. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

we didn’t think that the appropriate time to have the parking areas done in the middle of July.Thought that the middle of May-June before main stream summer would have been better.The other only problem was that when I received my key to go up to room,found the room not cleaned yet.Had to wait an hour for it.Other than that,I like the cleanliness and size and condition of all aspects of the hotel.Especially the hot breakfast.I would use and recommend This hotel in the future.

Free breakfasts at hotels usually suck, and this was no exception - but it sucked a little less than normal. The scrambled eggs almost seemed real.

everything went fine - no issues. Great location for me, great free parking, quick checkin - all good.

Jace and David were particularly helpful when I had to evacuate my home due to the recent fires in Camarillo. Staff were very nice and accommodating in an emergency and very hectic situation. Just due to the service from these two gentlemen alone, I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites even though there are others nearby.

Everything was top notch

We did a tour from seattle down to san diego. This was the 15th place we stayed at. Very easily one of the best price/quality wise. The staff and the facilities. Also no homeless around the area. We felt safe even at late night. This is not a luxury place; but comfortable enough to use as a base for a day or two. The nearby westlake area is great for food and a short walk.

Perhaps have a buzzer or bell at front desk, checking in took a bit of time as no one was there for a few minutes. Staff was courteous. I didn't know that if I booked through Booking.com I wouldn't get Hilton Member points, but that may be in the fine print of B.com.

Breakfast was excellent. Facilities were super nice

A high end property of this caliber should not let a camper park in the parking lot taking up spots. It was obvious they were actually staying in the camper. Very disappointing
