The hotel is part of Pepperdine University. Very nice and clean. Great view of the ocean from the building -some rooms had ocean views, ours had a small, partial view. Spacious room.

Only one queen size bed in each room; no king size beds in the property. We wanted to switch to a room with two beds but were told that all rooms had only one queen size bed. The hotel is distant from restaurants. We were visiting the state parks around it, and it worked for us -the traffic can be very hectic since highway 1 is the only coastal road from Ventura to Los Angeles and there are a lot of commuters.

We loved the view, which was beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was a good size with adequate counter space. The room had good living space with a desk and sitting chairs. Great restaurants were within a few miles, along with beautiful beaches, the Villa Getty, and Adamson House. For the price, it was well worth the stay.

In an ideal world, we would have preferred a larger bed or the option of two beds, but we recognize that this is a conference center primarily with single occupants.

Clean and comfortable. Great bedding, soft towels, great smelling soaps and lotions, yummy coffee. Everything you could need including a gorgeous view.

The property is located in an amazing location inside the Pepperdine campus, it is very quiet and the view on the sea and the mountains is stunning. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. I will definitely come back.

Great quiet location with a fantastic ocean view. Just need it for one night because of function and it turned out a great find.

Not putting anything down, but an upgrade in the decor would be nice..but then the value will be higher..

The address we had was not the correct address. Booking and the website had the wrong address. Had to ask a security officer to help and he gladly did!

Price was very high for no amenities like breakfast, drip coffee, access to essentials.
