Breakfast was nice. Hours END too early! Vacationers like to sleep in a little bit! Ten am close would be much better than nine am!! Several tourist we were eating with strongly agreed!!! Coffee should be kept all day in that room open to those that would like it and not have to go up to the room to prepare one.

Coffee available to guests in lobby would be nice. ( not having to pay at snack bar) Evening cookies or treats with cider or again coffee or tea would also be a nice evening experience. Some hotel have offered this in the evenings for an hour or two and it was delightful

Great Hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy going with parking allowing us to park at no cost. Although there is plenty of parking around the hotel, so it makes sense to waive the $10 parking fee.

It was nice that breakfast was including, but it was nothing to write home about. Very basic minimal breakfast with limited choices and moderate quality food (e.g. selection of breads, and other food was not great).

From the warm welcome at checkin we really liked our stay: comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, nice breakfast with a healthy choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, nuts and cereals, enjoyable pool area, excellent service also at the bar. Thank you all very much! We also liked the quiet location in beautiful surroundings. It's a great starting point for hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains, also not far from Malibu and L.A.

Scrupulously clean, super comfy beds and excellent facilities both in the room and in the hotel generally.

Disappointing breakfast compared to other hotels we’ve recently stayed in ( 8 hotels in 13 days on route 66) as someone who doesn’t eat cheese or eggs. Bagels or muffins offered but no standard sliced bread for toast. I wasn’t the only one who thought this as others commented about the breakfast

David at the breakfast area was super nice. Very friendly and welcoming even though we were late to breakfast.

Wish we knew the time of breakfast beforehand or that it was posted somewhere. We entered at 8:50 and didn’t know it ended at 9am. Door was opened by housekeeping morning of checkout. It was around 8:30a.

Very convenient location, good size of the room. The kitchen is absolutely well equipped, very comfortable bed. Big shower.

The breakfast can be better: not much fruit and the sweet part can be improved. Wardrobe in the room is too small for the four potential people and for a long stay. We spent there one night and is ok.

Big bag of trash left by housekeeping door blocking narrow hallway.. Room distance from elevator, and disable parking. Our fault didn't specify disablity. Bees around the pool. I guess they were thirsty. The back security door wasn't closing completely. Informed the front desk,and they appeared to be aware of the situation already.

Was able to check in early which helped because we were attending a wedding nearby. Property appears to be brand new. Basically a full kitchen in the room (which we didn't need). Everything was great!

Housekeeping staff failed to check levels of shampoo and body wash in the shower mounted dispensers.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast spread was very good.

We were hoping to enjoy the pool but there were at least a dozen screaming children both times we tried. Not the hotel’s fault but seems to be a popular place for families. Just something to be aware of on summer weekends

Excellent indoor and outdoor facilities, with gas fuelled fireplaces outside, plenty of comfortable seating, and a great heated swimming pool.

Breakfast needs to start earlier than 7 am, and the breakfast room needs to be much larger, with more tables and chairs.
