The location was in Simi Valley which was easy to get to and has a smallish town type of feel. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pets were allowed for a fee so my dog was able to travel with us. The room was spacious. The beds were overall comfortable. I liked the in room refrigerator and the microwave.

The breakfast was okay but I’ve definitely tasted much better at most of the places we stay that include breakfast. The hotel was mostly or completely full and it was a bit noisy at night with some traffic sounds, and sounds of other guests closing doors or plumbing.

The location is excellent,all the staff were very friendly.Everything was clean, quiet and kid friendly. The hot tub was perfect the pool was not in operation doing our visit due high winds.They do have a hot breakfast.Now I had bad experience with the cook he gave me and half done burrito the cheese was not melted picture posted.They offered to clean your room daily and sure the cleaning was amazing. Sorry viewers I can't post my videos so you could see the hotel.

This is a very standard, very "standard" hotel but they really go out of the way to make it better. The breakfast was very good - including special orders for things like a breakfast burrito. The room was super clean and everything was functional. The location is very good -- close to the highway and also close to the Reagan Library (which was my objective) and restaurants. I also left my electric toothbrush in the room and they called to let me know -- never had that happen before with a hotel.

The room didn't have much light.

This is my second time to stay here while visiting relatives nearby. Room was very clean and updated. Peaceful pool courtyard with fountain is nicely done and a big selling point for me. Breakfast is better than expected with make to order omelettes and burritos. Taking breakfast on the patio by the pool is a plus. Front desk and wait staff are pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint on this trip is that I didn’t get a pool view room when requested 6 weeks ahead.

Best Western is by far the best hotel in Simi Valley. The rooms are the cleanest the staff is the friendliest and the accommodations are definitely the best! The best bang for your buck!! I booked through booking.com which really helped bring more value to our stay!! What I really like about this hotel is there late checkout policy!! They give you till 12:00 p.m. as a courtesy and will allow you to extend your stay until 3:00pm if you just need a little extra time before traveling on.. Just 10 dollars an hour. Was able to really enjoy my last day of my mini staycation!! Don't forget to stop by and say hello to the exceptional desk clerk with the cool hair!!! The breakfast was exceptional, and the service in the café was wonderful and very friendly. Your front desk answered all the questions I came up with and supplied information on how to get to different locations within the city that we visited.

The original reservation was for two days. We ended up staying for three days and we had to check out and check back in which I found a little troublesome. I don’t know if there’s a way to streamline that or not but if you can, I would suggest you do

The rooms were a great size. The property was clean. There’s a hot breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable.

The toiletries. Most oriole don’t travel with toiletries anymore due to airline restrictions. The tiny bars of soap and tiny bottles of shampoo, etc are hardly enough for a family of 4 to use. I suggest doing what most hotels are going to. The large dispensers of body wash, shampoo, conditioners in the showers would be great!

The receptionist who double charged me. I prepaid through booking. He asked for a credit card to hold 40 dollars. The machine didnt show me the amount. He charged me the 40 dollars plus the three nights. 7 days has passed till now without releasing the charged amount. The manager try his best helping me. He gave me an extra night with a special rate

The staff is great, from the front-desk to the team that prepares the morning breakfast. They do their best to keep the facility clean and running smoothly. The location of the facility is also well situated for easy access to Simi Valley as well as the west end of Ventura county.

My only real suggestion is that the facility is getting a bit "tired" and could benefit from some investment in updating the paint, furnishings and fixtures.

The breakfast was just ok. The eggs were cold. The waffles were premade. They did have a variety of items.
