The location was good, the facilities are clean. We had a problem using Netflix on our TV. But that problem was resolved within 10 minutes after a call to the woman at the main desk. When I called the main desk, the woman said she will let the maintenance man know and get back to me. Less than two minutes later, she got back to me and said that the maintenance man was on break and it may take a half an hour, about 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and the maintenance man was there. His name was Daniel and he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes by changing out something for the Wi-Fi. Everybody at this location is very nice and professional.

We had a problem using the Netflix on our TV, the Wi-Fi is not strong enough and the beds are way too soft.

Facility was excellent 👌 almost perfect, only with the staff at the breakfast room. Name Nelia if I'm not mistaken.. She showed us attitude with no apparent reason.. I don't recommend having breakfast to the customer. She's always hiding at the back and can't talk to her if the customer needs help. !!!

Myself and others checked out between 6-630am and no one as the front desk. The person did not greet once she arrived or smiled, I would have expected differently, furthermore more she didn't explain to me that I would be reimbursed via credit card until I asked. All said the checking person was great!

Liked the pool and spa area with fire pit. Liked that you needed a key to use lobby restroom. Staff was very accommodating. Very welcoming

There was ants in air conditioner and a smoker next door to us and this is non smoking facility. The room smelled sooo Soo strong if smoke almost like fire.

Loved my stay here. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.

A lot of door slamming. Heavy doors. The cleaning staff kept knocking on the door despite the Do Not Disturb sign being out.

The receptionist at check in was not very nice. I had to say something to her about her attitude. She did make an attempt to improve, but it was already too late to fix the first impression

I loved the room.. it was very comfortable and the view was beautiful also..

The shower dooor was not cleaned properly.. I could see water on the door from the previous user…that was the only thing that bothered me

Clean we had a plumbing issue with the sink but got a new room right away. I will definitely book again soon.

Would have preferred a buffet breakfast. Not enough common variety in the menu. And no orange juice.

Property really clean, spacious room and really comfortable beds and pillows

In house Starbucks could be open a bit later
