The location was amazing! I always love staying in Thousand Oaks, but this area in particular was amazing. Obviously everything from here is a pretty far, but it also depends on what you want to do! (beaches, etc.) Other than that the room was clean, spacious and me and my bf were very comfortable.

The main things I didn’t like were having to pay for parking each night and breakfast (there was nothing really complimentary). This sucked because you’re already paying a good amount to stay in a nice area and hotel but aren’t really being “catered to” I guess you could say.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Big smiles that seemed genuine. The bed oh my gosh the bed was so damn comfortable I slept better than I slept in ages. The food was good the coffee was amazing. Really enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great stay.

I didn't like having to pay $20 for the parking considering that I already paid to stay there. It's actually the first time I've ever had to pay for a parking spot at a hotel before.

It's your typical Courtyard. The hotel is clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. It's nice that food options are available for breakfast and dinner, plus bar services. The food is tasty but a little on the pricier side.

This is no fault of the property, but the location requires a car to reach most places. There are a few chain restaurants nearby, but that's about it. The room's layout made it difficult to view the TV in bed.

Beautiful room! Good size, tasteful decor, and furniture attractive. Shower had good water pressure and comfortable for my husband's limited mobility.

The heating/cooling unit so dated. The thermostat not reliable. No info, notebook, to give amenities such as breakfast times, nearby restaurants , info about pool , map of property, pet area including bags and trash can for pet pickup. Only info given was time of breakfast which was oral at checkin, and no map to show room location and pet area etc. These are basic information items that are usually given at checkin and in the room!

Very clean and comfortable

I would like to see another mirror in the room maybe next to the tv and more lighting it was too dark when trying to get ready in the room while bathroom was in use

Nice hotel, great area downstairs able to facilitate a large group to eat dinner together. Nice balcony off room overlooking the pool. Great area.

Bathroom fan didn't work. Fridge wasn't cold enough. Not enough towels provided for 4 people.

The location was very good for me, staff are very helpful great facilities for Business or leisure stop over, I’m very tidy and functional comfortable bed and great in room coffee!

Nothing not to like!

The people who work there were very helpful and friendly. The balcony in the room was nice to have. It was nice having coffee while enjoying the fresh air.
