Very clean, exceptionally. Comfortable beds, the suite was very nice for all four of our children. The suite has the division on bathroom/shower that was nice. Balcony in both rooms were nice. The suite was big enough to fit comfortably for four people. Air conditioning worked well and the location was nice.

The WiFi was in and out at times, especially when kids were on iPads and it kept kicking them out. Didn’t have a pool, so when we came on a a hot July month, it didn’t give us an option to have kids cool off. No breakfast included. There was a cafe next door that was popular but it should have some discounts for people that stay at this location for coffee or breakfast. The room with just one queen bed has a tiny shower that a grown man can’t turn around in and a woman can’t shave her legs.

It’s the first time I feel that my money spent on hotel is worth it. This small cozy inn is really well taken care of. I think they deserve 5 stars. Their photos on Booking.com didn’t look that new but the room exceeded my expectations. They have everything we needed in such a small place: microwave, refrigerator, toiletries, table, cloth hanger. Yes, the room IS small but I think they use the space well. The room feels secure. The door lock is good. Plenty of parking spaces for free. They even have utensils and water for free in the lobby which is SO RARE in America!

Noise proof was not the best. We hear loud motorcycle squad outside.

I walked into the room with a first scent of a very clean room, I usually stay at very high end hotels this one just felt clean and smelled nice. The bed was very nice. Keeping in mind this is a old building that has been updated and water took a while for hot water but be patient. Lights would dim when the refrigerator or heater would cycle. That's an electrical concern I am going to recommend they have an electrical contractor evaluate. It was too lit up at night. But better than most motels in this range. Would definitely stay again it's walking distance to some very elegant restaurants breakfast shops coffee shops you name it even handmade ice cream next door.

I have grave concerns about the electrical they have too many electrical items running on that building's electrical capacity and the lights dim whenever they cycle

I love everything about Bella Capri! The name of the hotel, Old Town Camarillo location, close to the frwys, the shopping outlets, farmers market on Saturday mornings is just a short 5 minute walk, everything is within walking distance, AND theres a local Trolley that locals and visitors can hop on to go to restaurants, cafes, nightlife, and daylife! Bella Capri give the feel of a cozy and very CLEAN Bed & Breakfast. ALL the staff and Managers are amazing. and always accommodating, the housekeepers, maintenance, landscapers are all so friendly, inviting, happy and hard working. Honestly.. for me it feels like a family and home away from home, or even better then home from the minute you check in to the minute you check out. The Balcony room (my favorite room!) and suites are so cozy & comfy they make you wanna move in and never leave! I not only feel like a very welcomed guest but a part of the Bella Capri Hotel Family! 2 bedrooms were private, oven / microwave combo was good, clean, WiFi was good once we got the pw for the old town cafe, dimmers on lights was good, toilet room separate from sink area, double sink

Would have liked a bigger sofa to relax on, hot water took literally 15 minutes to get hot, kitchen sink faucet loose, one of lights out in master bedroom, sticky under sofa on floor, power washing windows after 6pm when we were trying to wind down wasn’t cool, neither was the blaring music from the restaurant next door, bring that noise into the restaurant keep the patio area quiet and enjoyable for all music was horrid, parking was super tight.

The location is excellent. Being said in right around all the restaurants and businesses makes it a fun and convenient day.

In the suite that we stayed in the water would take up to 15 minutes to warm up. As a Californian, I felt guilty letting the water run that long, but I needed to shower. Also, the room has a step about 5 feet from the door and there’s not a clear indication that it’s there. This resulted in an accident with my family member who fortunately is OK. That is very dangerous and should be taken care of right away.

This cute inn fits nicely in an area filled with small mom and pop shops and cafes. All walkable from Bella Capri. The room was good size and fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer and a note saying if you forgot something they'll help. I lost my debit card and had a replacement overnighted to the Inn. I asked if this was ok, I was told yes and she noted it in the computer. They phoned me while I was out to tell me it had come. They are the epitome of why staying at mom and poo hotels is the best...great customer service.

Adorable boutique motel - exceptionally clean and well updated. Friendly and welcoming staff. Mini suite fit 5 adults comfortably and the full bed in an enclosed book was a great touch. Balcony was a plus! Great AC. Great location in the heart of old town Camarillo - walkable yet quiet. Free parking inside the property and overflow street parking. Easy check in and out.

We were pleasantly surprised by how updated and clean the rooms are! Only fault was we didn’t have enough towels in our room and noticed after the front desk had closed; pillows were a little flat.

Loved the location. Staff was amazing. Room was extremely clean and relatively comfortable. It is an old hotel that can use an upgrade. Bathroom sink/vanity area is super water stained, shower needs to be rethought, as the plastic curtain doesn't keep the shower water in very easily (hence the warped / stained wooden sink vanity area). Lots of clean towels! Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion which was nice. Blow dryer was fine. Beds were incredibly soft, my husband and I could barely walk the next day because our bodies hurt so bad from the uncomfortable beds. But - they were super clean! The sink water tasted horrible, and the vending machine was out of water (it only took quarters), so the room coffee was absolutely horrible. The fancy single or double serve room coffee pot w/ complimentary coffee pods was appreciated, I just wish there was good water so the coffee was drinkable. There was a mini fridge, a decent sized closet with an iron. All in all, I felt safe there, I can't emphasize how clean it was, it was in an incredible location and the staff was amazing. I'd go back for sure.

Old / aged vanity, sink / bathroom area needed to be renovated. Beds were way too soft and not comfy at all. No water to purchase from the vending machine for coffee in the morning. Coffee house next door didn't open until after 8:00, and we had to leave by 8 so we stopped at a gas station for breakfast.

You can't beat the location of this hotel! It's right in old downtown Camarillo. The rooms were nice and clean. We stayed in one of the suites with 3 beds and it was perfect for our family because each kid got their own bed.

The beds were really hard and the pillows were the worst I think I've ever slept on! They were insanely flat! Gonna have to go to my chiropractor to get adjusted after spending just one night there! Also, if you plan to bring a pet, be sure you call them first to confirm it's ok to have your pet in the room. Apparently they only allow pets on the bottom floor and we didn't know where our suite was located when we booked it, so didn't realize until we got there that we were not allowed to have our pet in the room with us because the suites are on the 2nd floor! Our dog had to sleep in the car. So, bottom line is if you don't have a pet and plan to bring your own pillow then this is a great place to stay!
