The location is amazing. Breakfast was very good. The room was better than expected and the personnel were very nice in general, always looking to help in any way they could. Everything was very clean and we were happy to get to our room each night. I paid for the stay fully on September 15th with Booking.com so checking in was easy and quick. Our room was ready when we arrived (and we arrived 2 hours early).

In the checkout process, the man at the Reception desk was trying to charge $634usd on my credit card, saying I had to pay for the room. He was upset the card did not go through and did not believe me when I said the room had been paid in full on September 15th via Booking.com It was a bitter moment due to his attitude, so I showed him my Booking.com confirmation number and pin...then, thank God, a lady came out of the office and said everything was ok, and that she would handle it later, and to let me go. We did not consume anything from the Hotel Store (for which I left my credit card), but I'm being charged $60usd on my credit card, and in my bank account, it says: the item is "UNCATEGORIZED", so I don't know what is the charge for.

This was such a nice hotel and we wished we could’ve stayed longer during our trip. We had a king suite which was great, and the outdoor area was nice. The receptionists were very friendly as well.

Parking is $10/day (not night) which could be more clearly stated but was still a very reasonable price. Breakfast could have had more variety but was still ok.

Clean, some of the staff were friendly, some ignored us. Bed was very comfortable. Had all amenities, over the top.

Next to the cemetery, so we could have our Resurrection sunrise service, and place flowers on our our grandparent sight.

Breakfast and pool area were great. Front desk was excellent. Large wedding party that was booked there overpowered all of the public spaces. Very loud and crowded. Especially breakfast. But not the fault of the hotel.

Found the one bedroom suite to be somewhat small.

Stayed in a room with a view of the inner courtyard and pool, beautiful by day and night! Lots of room to move around for three people. Delicious breakfasts with lots of variety and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The pool was greatly appreciated , especially because it was at least somewhat useful as an exercise pool available for (short) lap swimming

Helpful staff, nice rooms.

It would have been useful to have a safe in the room so we didn't have to carry iPads, passports, etc, with us all the time.

Clean and convenient rooms. Breakfast very good and gym small but OK for a short stay.

I've stayed here before and staff is always extremely responsive and accommodating... I also really appreciate convenient location and clean/well-equipped rooms.

Fantastic breakfast.

No computer available. Staff not honest about this. Kept saying it was just “charging” but it had been down since Covid Lockdowns began. Odd that I have already rated this for you. Very difficult to charge phones as they conflicted. Noisy room as it had the pool area under to be woken early and partying being kept up late.
