Easy location, good parking, wonderful staff, clean room and cozy bed.

It’s the year 2025 and this hotel is using an incredible amount of single use plastic… The entire breakfast (which was fairly poor) cutlery consisted of plastic forks, spoons, knives and even the coffee cups were individually wrapped in plastic. Get with the program, Marriott, you’re losing guests and gaining negative ambassadors this way. And yes, you have more than enough resources to buy some decent plates, serve a better breakfast and a dishwashing machine.

Ample toiletries, comfortable beds, quick and easy check in/out. The room was spacious and TV programming more extensive than many hotels.

The shower wasn't particularly clean an heavier linens for the beds would have been nicer in the chill weather. A bathtub would be a welcomed addition. Not much is accessible by foot in the area.

We were involved in a train accident and we were stuck in Moorpark. Because of a previous stay in Fairfield I picked this location. It was beyond belief. The staff went above and beyond for us. Made sure we had all we needed. They let us stay and wait for us to get back to our trip and offered us all sorts of assistance. Plus, the breakfast was amazing!!

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and on top of things.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like, it was great!

The staff was great at check-in. The requested room was not available, but they were able to find the next best option.

The pool area could be cleaner. Overall, the hotel was well kept up.

The man at the front desk was very nice and changed my room immediately with an upgrade.

When I went to the first room, I entered the bathroom and there was pee in the toilet from a previous guest.

Newer property, so it was a clean and bright hotel, convenient location.

Breakfast service could have organised better, i.e. just one small bread toaster, one waffle machine for such a large full house crowd, creating long wait and ques for breakfasting the morning.

Breakfast was good and we enjoyed that it was included! Disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working.

Dark rugs and it was sticky in some spots. Didn’t feel clean when I walked on it.
