Property management is polite and kind

The lady in the front desk. Her and who she is in our community. Needs to be noted how she conducted herself with me and my roommate and booking.com. We waited 29 minutes for something simple to be done but she's very rude and mean. She looks like she was under the influence of some substance. Manager deserves better for someone to represent his hotel. Her and the people she knows are toxic and rude and weirdos extremely weirdo's behavior there with her. The lady in the morning needs to be checked out and drug tested. She lied saying I was rude when I wasn't. The people she had there for eye witness this morning are local drug users and when I walked in. I notice how it was very weird. The management needs to watch her very close.

The motel had for me, a hostel appeal, I like that. My room, I found to be comfortable. The staff were very nice, and very considerate. Very unpretentious budget motel. It was convenient if one was interested in checking out Thousand Oaks. Nice places to eat nearby, budget restaurants to high-end. Buses. All, in all a good experience for me.

This motel was memorable, the only one of about 20 hotel stays that we have reviewed. We were upgraded to a bigger room when the door key didn't work. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, and found the room and bed quality excellent. This hotel is well worth the stay.

We would have liked coffee and tea supplies in the room, and a kettle and microwave, but coffee was available in the office area.

The cozy atmosphere in the room and two sets of blinds so the sunlight couldn't come in, in the morning.

I didn't like the limited channels on the TV. Then I accidentally rolled over on the remote and it completely stopped working. It wasn't broken, it just wasn't working. I guess they had to reprogram it somehow. I didn't know how to do it so there was no way to change the channel. You couldn't change the channels from the TV by hand because there was no buttons on the TV.

The customer service was excellent. The woman in the front desk was the best and have 5 star hotel attention to client.

The price and the accommodations were great!

The staff and everyone staying there are very nice people. The staff was understanding of me wanting to change rooms due to smell and got me and my kids something better, same price.

The pool wasn't open. My kids were looking forward to swimming and one side of the street had lots of holes.

The check in was easy the booking was great and completed online with a price including taxes of under $95.

The refrigerator needs attention it smelled up the room with a rotten smell

Clean, excellent value, very kind, and considerate staff. Close to places, bus stops nearby. Casual restaurants.

The room only have two pillows... They were not comfortable. Maybe add a few more pillows... But overall it was a good stay. My consider using this location again.

Next to the 101 Freeway, the pool is open!, the hotel is in the same parking lot as Denny’s & El Pollo Loco, plus CVS, Trader Joe’s, and even the Post Office are all less than a 5 minute drive. Best value for a motel I’ve seen anywhere close to L.A. or the San Fernando Valley. Only $51 +$14 tax= $65 a night for a King Room if you book early enough, but even as one of the last King rooms I only paid $60 +$14 tax= $74 on weeknights on Booking.com. The biggest plus for someone on a a pay for the hotel in 4 installments every 2 weeks. Just use the Affirm search box to enter in a hotel booking site like ‘Booking.com’ for instance, click ‘shop online’ to find the room you want to reserve and the cost of the bill for the duration of your stay. As long as it’s $100 or more, you can go back to the Affirm search box and type in ‘Booking.com’ again. This time you click on ‘shop in-store’ and apply for the loan by entering the total hotel bill amount to get a virtual card number. In my case the hotel was only $74 a night, so I needed to find the total for a 2 night stay. Since 2 nights came out to $148.08 total, I applied for a $150 loan and Affirm doesn’t charge you for any extra change you don’t use of the loan so overshoot it. If approved, Affirm shows you the 4 installments due every 2 weeks and their due dates. You then use your bank account, a debit card or credit card to pay for the first payment, 1/4 of the total. Affirm immediately gives you a virtual card # you copy to the clipboard to use at checkout. Go to search ‘Booking.com’ inside of the Affirm app and click ‘shop online’ again (if Booking.com is where you choose to book through; they also partner with Expedia, Priceline, etc.) When you get to the end of checking out, select pay now and then paste the virtual card # into your payment info., confirm your booking and now the hotel has been laid in full!
