Check in was fast and easy. The rooms and facility were really clean, like you walk in the room and just wanna throw yourself on the bed without inspecting it because it looks, smells, and feels super clean. It was awesome after spending a day driving. The king size bed was super comfortable, I stayed on the bed with my three kids. The pull out mattress was comfortable and soft my partner and his son slept on it. Divide and conquer. The pillows were great. I liked that there was an empty mini fridge in the room. The breakfast menu was standard, we were a party of 6 and they had something for everyone. The coffee was the best coffee I've had at a hotel. It's right off the freeway entrance and has a McDonald's, Carl's Jr, and Pollo loco in the same parking lot and across the street there's a shopping center with everything from coffee shops to a chiropractor. I definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices.

The room had a funny smell. I think it was the comforter which I did not use. I opened the window so that helped clear the air somewhat. Having to pay $10 a day to park my car is outrageous. It’s not like the parking was limited. Not having cold wine available was not good.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so friendly and helpful - remembered my room # as I came and went. Accommodating and welcoming. The room was very roomy and comfortable, the lobby spacious; amenities super! Breakfast crew was amazing as well and the variety of offering and quality of food was wonderful. The seating area for food service was ample too! Room for everyone. Room was super clean as well and bad was comfy.

Your new card capture (pay) system. I swiped at the terminal and the desk person said it didn't capture but I advised on my CC app it did but she also swiped my card at her terminal and the charge picked up twice. Both were pending and I called my CC company and they flagged the still pending duplicate charge but is it a minor annoyance until it drops off.

We had a lovely room and breakfast is the real deal! Locations near the outlets and restaurants are great. This is our go to stay for business trips and family.

Hotel is centrally located in a great area of Camarillo, next to the freeway, and a lot of shopping and food locations. The staff is amazing! Friendly and professional, Got us checked in very quickly.

The bathroom has a sliding barn type door. Didn’t close all the way in the bathroom didn’t feel private. Pillows on bed were very thin and extremely soft.

The location was great, the bathroom, shower and room were a good size. Loved having a refrigerator, that was very convenient as well.

The carpet throughout the entire hotel and couch in the room looked dirty. The pillows were uncomfortable, and I wish there was a luggage rack.

my family especially enjoyed the pool and spa. the pool area is landscaped beautifully and watching the sunset from the jacuzzi made me feel I was away at a tropical resort. the staff was pleasant and the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was also very good and we had fun making waffles.

I stayed 1 night was not charged or told i needed to pay a $10 parking. Rebooked a second night when i checked in second night was charged a $10 parking permit. When i spoke with staff she said she would refund the $10 but never got done

Near factory outlet stores which was the reason for stopping at this destination. Near fast food eateries as well. Heated pool & jacuzzi pool, nice and warm breakfast.

Having to pay for parking is a bit much. Water pressure was a bit weak. Barn doors for bathrooms are not the best solution.
