Love the style and design. It made my stay feel more like at home. Liked the apartment style.. We only stayed one night and not there much since we only went to attend a funeral. But it would be great for multiple days. Liked having access to kitchen, plates, cups, and fridge.. Rooms felt private and comfortable. Loved having access to shampoo, conditioner, and lotion from a named brand. Breakfast was great, fresh, and delicious. Wish I'd had more time to enjoy more of the great amenities.

Sofa bed was smaller than expected. More like for one person only. Disappointed no access to spanish channels on tv. Glasses for juice at breakfast seemed dirty

Cleanliness was above average. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Location was brilliant l. Breakfast had great choices and the staff went over and above. Reception staff were so lovely and went out of their way to ensure our comfort during the stay.

The constant drilling of concrete during breakfast hours on the tennis courts and near the outside breakfast area Was not relaxing at all. We appreciate works have to be completed but perhaps the timing could have been better ? Not when guests are trying to enjoy a quiet start to the day

Very closed to our friends home where we attended a party. Stores are nearby where we hang out to wait for our room.

We drove from San Diego that morning knowing we can check in before 3 pm (we are Hilton and Marriott honors members and we are use to that) but anyway we waited patiently we came back after 3 pm and our room was not ready. No calls or text to update us. We came back after the party and checked in late. Also we are all senior citizens and did not know that we have to climb stairs outside the building. Thanks God no one tripped or fall! Otherwise I could have given you a 10.

We have stayed at this location several times and like it very much. The location is great for getting to where you want to visit in Oxnard and the area around the hotel is safe and quiet. The rooms are clean with full kitchen which is convenient. The mattress was so comfortable! We very much appreciate the complimentary breakfast with many food options and very tasty. Staff have always been friendly and very helpful.

Very noisy late in to the night. There were guests outside talking/laughing until well past midnight. Not sure if they were at the pool or where but next time we will ask for room away from pool area. We didn't complain to management because people deserve to have a good time :-)

Centrally located distances to Oxnard harbor, old town Oxnard, Esplanade (shopping), and Ventura. We were able to recovery from our 2 hour drive here, and with a RESTFUL comfortable environment, before meeting numerous family members our next day.

Breakfast was supersingly unflavorful and undelighful; serving imitation very prcessed sausage, tepid watering oatmeal, tepid scrambled eggs, very hard bagels. Couldn't finish any of these items. Self made waffle was on spot, so too the banana and peanut butter. Then, upon getting ready for check out, the restroom toilet stop flushing. Front desk was notified upon the return of keys. Conclusion: Breakfast food prepreparation menu may and should be better. And toilets do break. Don't flush, to no one's fault.

We loved the Bi Level Suite! It offered enough space for our family of four. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

I didn’t like that we had a lot of ants coming around the kitchen area and the first floor bathroom. Although you acted quickly to get a staff member to spray the area, it didn’t seem to help at all. We appreciated the prompt response. I would have given the suite 10 stars if ants weren’t present but the place still earns 9 stars because it was a lovely stay otherwise.

Breakfast was great. Having a pool near our room was great but on the last day they were doing work on the pool. Thankfully there was another pool on the other side of the property we could use. We also enjoyed walking along the golf course. My toddler really appreciated all the construction vehicles around as they were re-paving the parking lot. The workers were friendly and very courteous with the sound, and they never started too early.

The room was clean and remodeled.

I did not like the fact that Bacon (probably because of cost) was served once in 7 days. I did not like the fact that when I came to breakfast at 9:00 the food was gone and not replenished. I did not like the fact that the sensor in the bathroom would go off while in the shower and then i would have to reach out of the shower to keep bringing it back on. I did not like the sensors in the kitchen going off during the night until I called the front desk to put tape over the sensor. The one day that the room was cleaned the maid did not dump the trash in the kitchen.

I work on-site at my job two days a week. After commuting 75 miles one-way from Duarte, Ca. to Ventura, Ca, then driving back the next evening, makes for a very long two days at work and commuting. A good rest during this overnight stay is very important. I really like the quiet location and short distance to work, and the lovely well-manicured grounds and very clean and comfortable rooms next to the golf course.

Really loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic! spacious, clean, and modern. It was comfortable for the whole family, and the layout worked really well for us. Breakfast was also a nice bonus, plenty of good options. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish price was a little lower. Construction work during stay so that was a little bit annoying
