Extremely Friendly staff. Clean rooms. A view we have been Blessed to see 21 years of coming here for our anniversary. Free breakfast! Nice places to take a walk. Loved the security of the building as well. Great job!

The breakfast has gone down a bit over the years… adding toppers to the side for the eggs of Shredded cheese, diced tomato, diced ham, green onions. Olives, green chilis would be awesome. Would like to see more variety of sides of ham, bacon, sausage. Ditch the turkey sausage. And the hash browns you use to have were alot better than the potato cubes. (The spice on them was odd and we weren’t the only ones thinking that) Also you no longer have your yummy bowls of mixed fruit from the farmers market? That was our favorite! The scones and muffins were delish!!!! The people working dining so very kind and on top of everything always. We really miss the concerts in the park below the hotel. It would be nice if that came back,

The view of the harbor from our room was very nice! The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking. Clean and secure with needing your card wherever you go.

The elevator was a bit jerky (not sure if it was the humidity or that it is time for a service). There was only one gentleman at the front desk. I stopped by 3 times for various things and waited for 5-10 min as he juggled the phone (reservation), a printer that wasn’t printing, a person interested in applying for a job, a guest checking out early requesting a bill among other things. A second person could also have plenty to do during the times I was there requesting directions, a towel, and inquiring about staying an extra night.

Great room. Great facilities super clean and modern touches. Terrific Marina view on the third floor. I've stayed here many times. Great shower beautiful room with patio. Nice and quiet for the most part. Great to walk around. Also they don't charge for parking anymore another Plus.

the quality of all the food for breakfast was awful...have downgraded the available items severely. Also have taken away lots of items such as the chedder omelette bacon shredded cheese salsa station and fresh juices were not available. Used to be a terrific breakfast it was tragically disastrous. OMG what the heck was that turkey sausage? They even change the waffle batter to cheapen the quality I mean are you serious guys? Also coffee is never hot here they serve 24/7 but can't heat it up properly.

This is definetly not your average Hampton Inn and is approaching four star status. The beds are comfortable, the lines are above average, it was clean and comfortable. The pool although small, is perfect temperature and not dirty. The breakfast punched above as well with eggs and sausage, juices and more. I will definetly be back for a harbor view room especially since its only about a 30 min walk to the other side of el penni!

Breakfast was lovely and the make-your-own waffle section was a particularly nice touch! Location was beautiful, next to the harbour as the name suggests. The room was a good size, it was clean with plenty of towels provided. The front desk staff were attentive and informative, and provided a really friendly welcome. We didn't use the pool ourselves but did see a number of families enjoying it. There was also a lovely Pizza restaurant about 10 minutes walk away.

Not something the hotel can help necessarily but there were very few restaurant options in walking distance.

We had a marina facing room with a nice large balcony, it was extremely quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good choice with hot and cold options. Tea and coffee making facilities are available day and night but also available in the room. Swimming pool, although small, was hardy used. A couple of days, we had the pool to ourselves.

A.C. in the room was loud, could not have the A.C. running through the night. Also, a bit remote as the majority of sites; beach, restaurants, are the other side of the marina, about a 25-minute walk.

I had a room facing the marina, which was lovely. The breakfast was better than I expected; I only wish that it had some non-dairy "milks". The room was furnished well with a very comfortable lounge chair and a kind of table/tray that was convenient for food or a book.

It would be nice if one could walk to a restaurant. The closest one is quite far. The hotel did have some snacks for sale, but they weren't appetizing to me. I think it's outrageous that hotels charge $75 to bring a pet, especially a small one. They should take a deposit in case the pet causes damage, but I feel the fee is excessive. I was also shocked that there wasn't free wifi. I thought that was standard everywhere.

Super friendly welcome at the front desk on arrival. Had a sea view (well boats!) on the ground floor. I always prefer an upper but it was one night. Clean and super comfortable bed. Soft and huge pillows. Charging ports abound. Walked to the pizza place nearby for salad bar. The breakfast was free and standard American fare. .

Minor point but could hear creaks from people upstairs walking about which can be annoying!

Room was spacious and clean. The harbor view was lovely. Breakfast was good.

My room was cancelled before I arrived and NOT by me! This caused undue stress and a price increase. Fortunately they still had a room available. The water pressure wasn't great. Walls are very thin. Could hear talking in the next room, heard the toilet flush every time. Dogs barking too!

The hotel is on a gorgeous harbor that is very serene (except when sea lions decided to lay out on the docks, which was just fine with us) and generally quiet. It was very clean, the people who work there were helpful and kind, and the view from our room was lovely.

There was some construction on the property as they are improving part of the grounds. It was a little inconvenient, but only temporary and wasn’t extremely loud or anything.
