Eggs one morning were a little salty, but next day i had the folded over eggs with cheese it was not salty much better. Regular coffee was very good. Would like sausage to have sausage taste. Bacon was thin but good as it tastes like bacon. Sweet rolls were fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly, happy and helpful!

Liked that there were movie channels available, but what I didn't like is there were no descriptions on any channels as to what was showing at all.

There aren’t enough parking spots for full capacity at the hotel. My mattress needed to be rotated. It was breaking down on one side.

Location was good, right off the freeway but quiet, we didn't hear freeway noise at night. Beds were comfortable. I felt safe. I would definitelty stay there again if I was in the area. My son lives in Ventura so he was able to make sure I was in a decent area.

The parking lot was super small. I was able to park after coming back from dinner but I got one of the last spots. Not sure where you park if it is full.

I know a lot of the reviews were reflective on the construction throughout the property but it was honestly not bad at all. The room was nice and clean… the staff were super friendly… it’s walking distance from the beach… and there’s an in n out right next door! Would definitely stay again. A+

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have had at a hotel and the pillows were great. Once they complete their renovation to include a dining area, this place will be A+. Very convenient walk to the beach and In and Out Burger right next door. Perfect for late night snack

Small beautiful property. Very clean inside and out. Spacious beds, big flatscreen tv, coffee maker, huge shower. Nice size fridge, unlimited coffee in lobby. Staff was amazing! So nice, professional and helpful. Felt very safe and well taken care of.

My one and only minor complaint was no shelf space for sink. Lil stand alone. However they are renovating soon so hopeful they might install a bigger sink.

The staff was very polite and were readily quick to help with anything the room was very clean as well

One thing was that when I went to take a shower the shampoo bottle was empty but when I called the front desk someone was up in a couple minutes to replace it

The staff was super friendly. I really have no complaints. Rooms were clean! Room was quiet. Bed comfortable. I really liked the To Go breakfast. I don't like to eat first thing in the morning and this was a great solution for us as we had to leave early to catch the ferry to Channel Islands. The hotel is close enough to everything we needed.

The view isn't great but that isn't something they can help or something I cared about.

We were greeted with very friendly and good people at the desk. The entire hotel was clean! Loved that.

If I were to be really nit picky, I would say the cord on the blow dryer was a little short. This meant that in order to blow dry my hair I had to stand between the toilet and the counter. Good thing I’m thin.

All staff were great and very friendly to help with anything. Great job handling breakfast options while renovations going on
