- Very good breakfast (by US standards) with convenient hours. - Good location with an easy walk to a harbor and a beach. - Pretty modern rooms.

- Carpet in my room needed cleaning, and a screen door to the balcony was broken (hard to open / close it). - Wi-Fi doesn't seem to be safe - connection isn't encrypted, as laptop says. - Price was high (though I understand it's a high season).

The breakfast server needs to learn to work. So lazy and not replacing things in a timely manner. Didn’t care about anyone’s concerns. Trash overflowing, empty coffee, empty pancake machine. The front desk clerk had to come help the people. I couldn’t believe how disorganized it was.

The breakfast was good. There were eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, juice, and some other stuff. The hotel is nice and it's cool that it's at the harbor. Everything was pretty nice.

There was kind of a lot of noise coming from the hallway all night. I heard banging and I kept hearing these clicking sounds while I was trying to sleep. I think it was the automatic lights switching on every time someone would walk down the hallway. The room had a nice thick heavy door which I liked but I still heard a lot of noise.

The outside was clean and well maintained. The staff was great and very nice. The harbor view was beautiful and our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable.

There was what appeared to be blood stains on one of the beds bedding. New bedding was brought up for us to remake the bed. After a 12 hour trip, I wasn’t too happy to have to remake an entire bed. When remaking the bed, behind it, there was a fork and an old hospital bracelet from 2020. That’s gross! Housekeeping can do better! When I mentioned it to the front desk, they noted it down and our room was going to be serviced while we were out. When we got back, the items were still behind the bed. Expired yogurt at breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was great.

Parking was convenient and free. Hotel location was excellent for exploring Ventura. Room was clean, well lit, and spacious. A/C unit was quiet and worked well. Bathroom was spacious, well lit, and had walk-in shower with no yucky bathtub. Bed was extremely comfortable; pillows were just right as well. Work desk was spacious, office chair was comfortable. Refrigerator worked well; Keurig coffee machine was nice to have. Overall, comfortable and spacious room with a clean and spacious bathroom. Enjoyed my stay.

Large group of rowdy youths was allowed to congregate in the hotel lobby. Management should have stepped in to control the situation and make the hotel lobby welcoming to incoming guests.

Rooms were very spacious and the whole hotel was clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, sheets were comfortable. No complaints with the room at all. Breakfast always also good for a hotel breakfast. Nice location over all. FYI; there is a parking fee that you get charged when checking in.

We were in room 261 which I'd right next to the exit door to the bridge so we kept hearing that door slam shut all late night and early morning which was really disturbing. We wanted to sleep in but when you keep hearing a door slam (and I mean SLAM) it makes it very difficult. You should put a stopper or at least a sign because it stops guest from having a peaceful night and takes away from the stay as a whole.

The location was great for the Marina, where there was plenty of eateries, and evening music. The hotel was lovely and quiet, when we arrived in Ventura we were pleased we had chosen this hotel, as there was little road noise, unlike the ones closer to the centre. The lady on the desk, I think her name was Heather, was so lovely. She was working on her own, and although she was obviously very busy, she could t do enough to help everyone.

Our room was positioned next to an external door which adjoined the two buildings. When people were moving in between the buildings, the door would slam, vibrating through our room. We were concerned it would be an issue through the night. As during the evening it was regularly banging. However we only heard it the once through the night luckily. This was only a slight gripe. It wouldn’t stop us from recommending the hotel

Only one unhappy thing is about the bathroom the bathtub water didn’t drain. I told the employee at the lobby. Then I asked her how long someone will come to fix and she told me. I’m doing something right now after she done she will find someone to fix…. One and half hours after I when back down to the lobby to asked again was different lady. The one I was spoke to she left. She doesn’t let the lady switches her shift know what happens.

Ohhhh my new favorite spot! I really love it! The room was perfect. Comfy n cute! Harbor view was Amazing 😍 The staff Miss. Paulina at the front desk was sooooo friendly! She helped us out wit everything. She talked to us and was really attentive ❤️ The breakfast was perfect. The lady who attended breakfast was very nice. They had an omelette wit cheese, turkey sausage, pancakes, English muffins, muffin, toast, cereal, fruit...it was really good! I ate good!😊 Oh and the coffee delicious 😋 Thank u I will be back! PS: I had lot of photos but I don't know how to share them on here lol. Sorry but trust me this is a perfect place to stay...

Great location! Our room was nice, very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was quiet, no traffic noise.

We were on the ground floor, our patio was tiny and surrounded by an eight foot stucco wall. There was a funny smell when we walked into the building, reminiscent of sewer smell, although our room was fine.
