Quiet, great corner room on 2nd fl next to stairs. Empty fridge, 2 bottles of water daily. Arrived late in the evening and reception lady was very nice and accommodating- Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice pillows, soft lighting- Easy coffee maker, plenty of towels

Grumpy day reception lady- No room amenities (like shower cap, soap) yet there was an "amenities" fee of $12.50 a day for pool/spa use (there shouldn't be), Wi-fi, bicycle use (which we did not take), not great small snack bag- Coconut spice shampoo in shower containers is not everyone's dream so used the gel which there wasn't enough of- Bed sheets may need checking as mine was a bit rough (getting old)- No hair dryer- Would have preferred disposable cups for coffee instead of mugs which housekeepers don't really clean well (just rinse)

Last time I was in Ojai, I had to go to a bike rental. This time, there were nice bikes right on the property to use, included in the cost. The pool area was nice including a hot tub.

It’s not a pretty property because there’s lots of concrete in the parking lot but they have tried to make it more attractive with some plants. I wish I had known the rooms on the ground floor have a little patio area with table and chairs. The weather was such that I could have made use of them but my upstairs room did not offer that.

Staff was amazing. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Next to the trolley stop. Bike checkout was great.

No microwaves in the room which wasn’t true to the listing. Otherwise nothing. Lots of kids which is out of the hotels control but can sometimes crowd places like the pool.

My favorite part of my visit was the staff! The two different ladies I dealt with at the front counter were exceptionally nice!

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I had to figure out why the fridge wasn’t working. I finally discovered that it was unplugged.

Staff was friendly, room was large and clean. Lotion and soap in the sink dispenser was nice. Great location, away from the center of town but still walkable/runnable, especially with the walkway starting around Bryant St.

$30/hr late check out!! Offer like, one hour free, come on!

The location is a bonus. The hotel was at the end of the main street in Ojai. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The pool and spa are clean and one of our family members visited both each day.

The air conditioning kept turning off in the middle of the night. Adding a second bed ($200 per night) was expensive.

Having a corner room upstairs with two windows was nice. Very comfortable bed!

Not enough easily accessible plugs. Better lighting next to the couch (standing lamp) would have been nice. Didn't know about the daily service fee.

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN WITH PLENTY OF DRAWER AND CLOSET SPACE. Beds were comfortable. Extra fleece blanket provided. Although we didn't use it, the pool and hot tub looked good and seemed to get a lot of use.

Although the hotel had no control, there were dogs next door that barked for hours at night, making it difficult to sleep. Staff could have been more friendly. Steep, narrow stairs to the second floor with no elevator for hauling luggage.

Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having the bike rentals included with our stay. We biked to the Sunday farmer’s market and it was great. Jacuzzi was a nice way to end the day.

It was on the pricey side, in my opinion.

It was a cute inn. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only five minutes away from downtown Ojai. The pool was great too.

A microwave in the room would’ve been convenient, but the lobby had one.
