Rooms were clean. Housekeeping gave extra care with cord straps and pixies. Restaurant staff was above and beyond at Olivella.

The Communication gap between the front desk and valet left a lot to be desired. First time we had to be in Ventura harbor early am we waited for 30 mins for our car. It wasn’t called, then they couldn’t find it bc it was not attached to the room correctly. The second time we called down 20 mins ahead of time when I was checking out and asked them to retrieve the car and it still hadn’t been called yet. It took another 15. The valet guys are all working hard. It’s a breakdown in communications between the front desk and the valet team.

One of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed. Loved the expansive property.

When checking in, we had to wait for a while due to a large group checking in. The front desk attendant was awesome to help with the chaos due to the group checking in. When checking out, we asked for an hour extension due to check in taking a long time, and I wanted to visit the fitness gym after sleeping in and enjoying my coffee. The front desk attendant compromised and allowed us to check out at 11:30. Would have been nice to stay more than one night at this property.

The Inn is set in spectacular grounds with trees, golf fairways and Spanish Style architecture. it's so relaxing. The spa personnel went above and beyond. So caring and attentive. The Indigo Pool is magical and relaxing!

The front desk employees were not knowledgeable about the property and complementary activities. when i checked in they didn't know if my room was near an elevator (i had requested this in my booking). I asked about the length of complimentary classes -- yoga, floor pilates etc. they didn't know anything and said the concierge would know. But the concierge wasn't around. So yes, the location is amazing. Suggest the front desk employees (1st to great the guests) should be more aware of the property facilities not just booking in a guest.

It’s a beautiful resort. The property is secluded and well kept up.

The bubbles in the spa at Pixie pool did not work. I forgot my bathing suit and yoga pants and called within 2 hours after I left and talked with different employees who gave me different information. I was told by security they would get right back to me and never did. The idea of submitting a form with no knowledge of when I would hear back and no mention of procedures if they did not find my clothes. I assume they weee stolen and this is not ok at a top notch resort. I do not like how this is being handled.

The bed and pillows were amazing. Best night's sleep I have had in years! The bathroom was excellent. The property is very tranquil even though we are not golfers. I would have liked to have seen a better fish selection on the restaurant menu, and the gift shop prices were crazy high. ($500. for a sweater!)

Beautiful views and what my friend and I really loved was how friendly, polite and accommodating the staff was. Truly made our stay so enjoyable and want to return some day.

The cushions for the outdoor patio of hotel room were missing so seating a little uncomfortable. The thermostat in room didn’t seem to be working properly and room got a little chilly. Overall, those are so minor and our stay was wonderful.

This place is a form of heaven on earth. Anytime I need to decompress I go here to enjoy the tranquility, nature and amazing team that run this beautiful property. Best massage/body wrap and facial ever on this trip. The Spa here is incredible.

Rooms were very comfortable, quiet and immaculately clean. The property was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The inn is very nice, but frankly about 50% overpriced relative to equivalent properties. A sour note was the "fine dining" at Olivella. It was mediocre at best and greatly overpriced. Sauces were often too strong, drowning the taste of basic ingredients. The lamb was not sufficiently marinated, giving it a very gamey flavor

OVI is a really lovely place to stay - lots of options for dining on property. The Oak is the "go to" restaurant. Service was a little slow the evening I was there and they apologized for delay due to large party. Food was not as good as it's been in the past. The spa is great but services have gotten very expensive. All the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful.

I think it would be amazing for the OVI to offer car service into town. Very hard to get a Lyft or Uber if you want to go off property.
