Large room with two queen beds was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning, good hot shower. Could not hear much noise from outside. Clean room, coffee maker and fridge were useful. Ojai Pizza Company next door serves very good beer, apps and a wide range of hearty pizzas.

It would be nice if the front desk was open around 7am or 7:30am on weekends, and they could serve some pastries and coffee since there is no breakfast place nearby.

I was in town for the Ojai Music Festival and traveling each day from LA. So much in the area was booked up (due to the festival) and I just didn't have another 2 hour drive in me. I looked on Booking.com and a spot was available at this motel. The cost was good and the place was convenient, spotless, and comfortable. It's not the newest motel around, but it suited my needs perfectly. The staff were lovely. If you're looking for value, comfort, and great customer service, go here. It's not The Ritz, but that's not what I was looking for.

Honestly, it was great across the board. Again, not the most luxurious of accommodations, but clean, comfortable, and convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful! We needed to check in by 10pm and we were having trouble making it on time. We called and the staff was very nice about it & helpful! We were so relieved! Thank you:)

Our room was very clean! The bathroom floor was clean. However, the carpet was dirty. When we walked barefoot in the room, our feet got dirty. We had to wear our shoes.

The Oakridge is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. While it’s not a five star hotel, it is very clean and comfortable.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, it can be a little noisy due to the highway but nothing major.

Includes a jacuzzi - was nice to drink some tea while hanging out in the jacuzzi in the morning

A short drive to the main strip on the town - could be nice to offer some kind of ride to town

The Inn was clean, friendly and accommodating.

I asked for sheets to be changed for a guest and they got the room number mixed up. It was not clean when we returned. The problem was quickly remedied with clean sheets and towels. The management followed up the next day with apologies for the error. All was well.

didn't try the breakfast, location is quite central & easily reachable. The room is large, everything works, the coffee is half decent & the fridge works really well.

Happy they allowed a single night stay on the weekend. Other hotels in the area (Ojai, CA) required a minimum two night stay over the weekend (either F & S or S & S). Rates competitive for the area. Room very clean.

Television was too small. Otherwise, all very nice.

The large Jacuzzi was wonderful. Helped my aching joints.

The only drawback staying here was the breakfast started at 8 o’clock. We needed to leave early and therefore missed out on breakfast. Those traveling for business need an earlier breakfast time at least 7 AM.
