I booked 2 rooms for our family. We stayed for 1 night and didn’t spend much time in the room. We had an event in Santa Barbara & hotels in Santa Barbara are expensive. The location was quiet. The rooms have full fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The beds are comfortable. There was free parking.

The room is for 4 people but the design of the bathroom is not efficient since only one person can really use the bathroom that is spacious. It would have been good design if the door separated the bathtub and toilet from the sink & mirror. Also, my husband walks around the room barefoot and his feet were dirty. The maids should clean the floors.

Room was expected & TV was better than expected. Used the microwave & refrigerator. Beds & pillows were comfortable.

Coffee maker was missing a piece so didn’t work & there was no coffee in the lobby since we had to leave before 7 am. We were there 2 nights & coffee maker issue was never resolved.

Comfortable bed, good parking and good price. The night time check in person was very nice.

Being close to the highway is good & bad. Convenient, but I could hear the highway from my room.

Only issue is that I have not been issued a receipt of my paid for stay. I did ask for it at check out & printer was not working and have not recieved Email as alternative to paper receipt requested.

Close to downtown and the Torrey Pine, fabulous restaurants, a FedEx drop box, and a farmer’s market all within walking distance.

No breakfast but the coffee was good
