Great location walk to the beach and trails along the beach. Nice room, good strong shower. Free charging for your electric car, a nice pleasant surprise. Sheets were clean but the mattress was not. otherwise great stay.

The mattress under the clean sheets was filthy.

5/5 Stars, this place really exceeded my expectations in care and cleanliness. The facilities are on the older side, but VERY well maintained -- nothing seemed broken or out of place, and we even had a jacuzzi bath tub in our room! This seems like a family-run business and the people are exceptionally courteous and outgoing! Moreover, this is one of the few cheap motels that still serve a good continental breakfast. Everything was pleasantly delicious. Thank you!

Nothing really that wasn't up to par. The only suggestion for guest comfort that I could ask for would be to have a hair dryer in the room, but everything was truly great!

This is a very laid-back older place with a lot of character . It's located in a gem of a lesser known California coastal town. It's on a busy street with other hotels and apartments, but it's one of my favorite staycation spots. It's walking distance to stores,restaurants and the beach.

I will probably regret this review, so Booking.com and Casa Del So, remember me. Please make sure I can still book room #1 from time to time.

The place was very pretty and well maintained, with a family atmosphere. Staff was very helpful & friendly and the room was very clean if just a little small. The location was within good walking distance to the cute downtown restaurants, shops & beach. You do need to go downtown to find a through street to the beach but again, not too far to walk (10-15 min one way).

Room was queen bed with twin, which made it a little tight.

The location was very convenient. The hotel/motel has a fun quirky vibe. Rooms were comfortable and large with high ceilings. Garden around quite nice and overall a good experience. Ten minutes walk (I am a brisk walker) to the beach.

This is an older hotel. Breakfast was adequate, not exciting. I would like to have regular dishes not disposable but of course the current method is less work.

I liked the jet spa tub and the 2 bedroom Lil apartment we got. I would love to bring my grandkids back. Very comfortable and friendly even if looks aren't the best when you first get there. Give it a chance we had a blast.

No staff til 3pm so there's no early check-in but once she got there very professional and lovely.

Great beds and quiet surroundings! Will definitely stay there again when we travel to Santa Barbara to see SBCC women’s basketball games.

At first glance, the property looked outdated. The rooms had colorful bedspreads and the chairs needed recovering. But it turned out to have really comfy beds and was very quiet. Best nights sleep in quite awhile!

The spa tub was huge and had strong jets.And, all the hotel cosmetics (soap, shampoo, etc.) smelled great and seemed top quality.

Breakfast disappointed bc the appliances (toaster, Brio, microwave) were low-powered or non-functional. And, idk if the promoted BBQ grills worked bc no one used them during my stay; I didn't use them bc they were not close at all to our room.
