The beachfront location and the property is lovely with a great restaurant. The fitness room and pool area is also lovely. The pool area is quite small, but there’s a jacuzzi too.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, although morning coffee is available in the lobby 7-10am. No drinks or snacks available in the pool area. Parking is an additional €28 per night. You can park on the street for free but space is limited and it gets busy. Staff were not so knowledgeable and couldn’t provide information on the shuttle bus that runs to downtown approximately 1.7 km away, so it’s a fair walk away. If you want a choice of restaurants on your doorstep, you should stay closer to the town.

Thank you for your attention with a bottle of wine, cookies, and mineral water. It was very nice) Cleaned every day, breakfast was amazing, and the room was not small for a small hotel. the bathroom is spacious, and the floor is heated. In general, the hotel is excellent with a great location. Walking distance to various restaurants and to the zoo. service at a high level! Be prepared for a $28 parking fee, but it's a totally normal price for how well they do it. We've been to other hotels where the parking fee was higher, but we didn't get the same service as this hotel.

The room was beautiful, the ocean view location on third floor with the balcony was great. The room clean, comfortable, and attractive. The dinner at Connivo was exceptional. Every staff friendly and helpful with a focus on meeting our needs and being helpful.. For example, we wanted to walk close by for Mexican food, staffs provided us with directions and landmarks to watch for as we walked. We also enjoyed being close to the soccer field and park, and enjoyed the Saturday games from the balcony and people walking, biking, or runny by, often with a dog. We had a lot of fun doing that.

Actually, the only thing I can think of is that the cabinet holding our mini-fridge didn't close properly on the right side! I am laughing as I write this because that was so minimal and didn't obstruct a thing!

No coffee maker in room. No iron in room. Poor quality hair dryer. No luggage racks in room. $27 per night parking.

It’s very tasty furbished. Nice size rooms. Nicely laid out with the feel of being a boutique hotel. The restaurant is probably the best we’ve been to in CA. Absolutely amazing food and super nice staff

The one room we had was very smelly of moist. The other room wasn’t. It was quite stressful to stay and have the feeling of a not so well maintained place. Staff at the valet service entrance were very welcoming and accommodating. The staff at the reception were a bit off. Like they were tired or didn’t care about you as a guest. It didn’t have the warm welcome you expect from the interior and the valet guys in front. Be aware of the fog. During our stay in July it was cold and foggy around this property which didn’t make it suitable for pool day as such which we had planned for and wasn’t aware of to be an issue

super spacious room and bathroom, beautiful balcony, bed could have been comfier, the mattress felt old and springy but i slept well. parking across the st. was not an issue and saved me the cost of daily parking. i liked having both a tub and a shower in my bathroom, you have to request for amenities like shampoo etc. to be replenished though.

at first i was confused on how to enter the hotel, the entrance is through the driveway to the garage or through the hotel, so navigating, even though the general space downstairs is small, was confusing at first. would be cool if the hotel offered bikes, but again, most place don't - there wasn't much i didn't like!

The location of the hotel was really great and I couldn't ask for more as far as that was concerned. We enjoyed our time in the pool as well as sitting out on our balcony.

The price was high and we were charged for parking, when we didn't have a vehicle. When I called and asked for a detailed receipt they did refund me, but they charged me without approval to begin with. Room service left a lot to be desired for the price. The salad was meh in flavor as was the pizza. They also didn't bring salt or pepper with the tray so there was nothing to season the salad with.

The room was very impressive and spacious, Staff were very friendly overall apart from a couple of waiters.. I liked the overall look and feel to this hotel and I thought the restaurant was excellent!

Pool area was ok but quite small so you had to be quick to get a good bed in the sun! Very limited on space unfortunately.. and the service around the pool was just ok. The location was slightly out of the way and we had a good 20 mins walk to get into the main area where all the bars and restaurants were! Overall a nice stay and just about worth the price tag. The bed was amazing! The view was spectacular! Everything was clean and easy to walk to the beach!

The hotel’s location is a short crosswalk to the beach. Our two queen room was very large, and the bathroom had two sinks! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Convivo restaurant’s food was delicious. The best part of the hotel was that it is smaller than the large beach hotels, but has the same amenities. Everything was accessible and easy. Felt like a comfortable Euopean hotel.
