Easy access to room and parking. Comfortable bed, great snack,and refrigerator area. Excellent vanity and dressing area. The bathroom was adequate with ample hot water and plenty of towels. TV was easy to use and view in bed. The pool had easy access steps, umbrella tables, and numerous loungers. Breakfast was full of options for all tastes. Beautiful park within steps and a block of restored historic homes across the street.

The platform bed was slightly high.

The location and staff were great. The woman taking care of the breakfast functions was very efficient in the performance of her duties and kept everything clean, well-stocked, and was very friendly to all of the visitors.

The lack of a freezer in the in-room refrigerator was an inconvenience as we use freezer gel-packs instead of ice for our cooler. We used a small cooler when boating to the Channel Islands day trips. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at your location.

They went out of their way to make it easy for the folks running the local race be able to come back afterwards to clean up before heading home. They put out an early breakfast for us because we had to be at the start line before their breakfast time. Walking distance to the pier, Mission, restaurants. I didn't have to move my car once I parked.

My queen bed was on a metal support, which I kept kicking. Every time I moved in the bed, there was a creepy thrummiing, reminding me of noises in horror movies. It wasn't loud, but it was there.

The free breakfast was great and a huge win! The bed was super comfortable, and the room layout was the best I've experienced in a 2.5-star to 3-star hotel. There is plenty of space to move around the room. The staff was great and really helped when we asked for it.

The wifi didn't work for me after multiple tries and moving around the room, I am currently on my phone's hotspot. The choice of TV channels and the age of the TV left a little to be desired, but we are not big TV watchers.

The room was extremely clean, and property was very neat and tidy. Breakfast was very good and well attended to by staff. .

The configuration of the buildings is clearly a function of prior design standards and is dated enough to give a retro vibe, but this property is well managed with what they have in terms of a large parking lot with lots of rooms on it.

The breakfast room was kept very clean and fully stocked. I would have liked to see fresh pastries rather than the cellophane wrapped bulk buy type. The hot foods were okay, sausage and some eggs, scrambled one day and mini omelette the next. The waffle was the best part. Cereal,yogurt, juices and milk available .

The accessible room had grab bars in the shower, but it was still a step in tub, not a roll in.

I loved the hospitality of the person at the front desk. He was super kind, nice, and welcoming. He made me feel like I was treated with respect. I loved that it was pet friendly.

I would of liked to be able to have our dogs eat breakfast with us as a family in the outdoor patio, but the morning person at the front desk did not allow this.

Greeted warmly and professionally, Very happy to accommodate a change of room to upper level,room itself looked like it had just been renovated, Super clean, appear to be all new breakfast utensils, housekeeper grab me as I was leaving to hand me a cable I have forgotten and wish me a pleasant journey what’s not to love. And I was a department manager for Ritz Carlton so I know class

Neighborhood

The property was older, some renovation done. Was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a mix of hit and continental style and descent.

A microwave would have been nice a little more bedding to cover up with. Was a light sheet and what I call abed sheet. Very thin Blanket. So if you tend to get cold bring something to add to it.

Basic but perfectly fine breakfast of sausage, egg, waffles, yogurt and juice. Nice staff and easy to get in and out

The rooms in the back are right by the train tracks. You will hear each Amtrak train as it blows its horn right outside your window. It only happened a couple of times that night but just be ready for it
