It was very clean, the room smelled great. Bed was comfortable. The view was okay (wasn’t expecting any kind of view, but I actually had an okay view).

My key kept deprogramming itself. The last time it did, my ID was stuck in the room because I left something in my car. When I went back to my room, the card deactivated itself. The clerk at the front desk made it extremely hard for me to get a new key made; he was very condescending and not very pleasant to deal with. Everyone else was great.

The room was very basic. Bed, nightstand, a little table with a booth and a tv that seemed to have over 100 channels. Bathroom had a smallish corner shower and toilet. Staff was friendly. I only needed a place to stay the night as I was running in the Ventura Marathon the following day so this room met my needs. Easy access from the freeway. There are a few restaurants within walking distance: Mc Donalds next door, Weinersnitzel across the street and an In-n-out about 1/4 mile away. About a 20-minute walk to the beach.

The phone in the room didn't work, but these days we all have cell phones right.

Location by beach. It’s home for us Ventura so it feels like being home. The weather is amazing check and checkout times are good. The property is clean.

Needs fenced dog play area. Ponies to be warm, possibly a Jacuzzi. I know that’s risky and the showers are terrible. Need some towels two people need at least four towels night/morning. Microwaves in the rooms would be nice and more industrial sink at the dressing area. A lot of your customers stay there because they work in the area kitchen/bathroom..

The location was perfect for our needs lot's of interesting place to walk the beach was close by a walk along the path ok but be aware of the speeding bikes with zero considerations for people walking we had many near misses with speeding bikes.Our room was fine we had one bed a refrigerator shower separate wash basin unfortunately no light by the bed so I could not read in evening before sleep and needed a flashlight to go to bathroom in night a trip hazard for seniors we did not use the pool but did see children enjoying it in the evening a few fast food outlets and stores close by for snacks and gas if needed. The parking area was well lit and maintained a big bonus for us is traveling with our 5 pound dog nice grass area available with bags for doggie waste.

No bedside light and no plug close by to plug one into as I considered purchasing one

Premium Motel 6 walkable to the beach and a handful pier restaurants. McDonald's next door. Two washing machines and dryers available. Clean room with nice linens. Near freeway off ramp but quiet. Walkable to Vons grocery store, In N Out, and other places. Worth staying two nights if you're not in a hurry.

Slightly weird reverse circular shower insert w/ janky curtain, but it's fine. About $20 more than typical Motel 6 locations, but you pay for the nice location.

The staff was friendly and the location was very close to the beach. We also had some fast food restaurants within walking distance.

The beds and the pillows were a little uncomfortable. There was a smell of sewage when we first entered the room.

It was affordable and clean. I can bring my cat. We had a great stay. I lived most of my life in Ventura. Motel 6 at the beach is not scetchy like it used to be. Family friendly.

My fridge didn't work so great and no microwave in my room. I had an ice chest and my electric lunchbox so it wasn't a big deal. There was ice at the office and a microwave available.

Our check-in was easy and everything was ready for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The room looked updated which was nice. It smelled clean and the temperature was comfortable. Also the beds were very comfortable.

I wish there had been a coffee pot in the rooms and also a microwave. But there was coffee available in the mornings and there was a microwave made available at the entrance.

The room, the beds, the location, the staff was friendly and nice. Very informative. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed when I stay there.

The back of the TV remote was broken. It kept falling off the remote. But that's the only thing I didn't like.

Free parking, friendly staff and price was almost reasonable. I always read reviews and some others mentioned homeless people etc around area, I found that not to be true. Other friendly guests- I do not have my dogs with me this trip, but it is always nice to see families traveling with their pets. Free coffee in the lobby, and while it gets pulled at 10am, I made it right before and the friendly clerk did replenish it- much appreciated! Really

Everything was good...I would bet they are close to replacing mattresses soon. The one I had was getting a bit soft. Otherwise, nothing bad here. Its a big property..really big. I prefer closer to office , but was fine where they put me
