I would like to Thank the very kind front desk person Sagar , he was so helpful , cheerful and accommodating. We would go back just because of his personality and helpfulness when we switched rooms to accommodate our daughter , He made our family trip perfect from start to finish . Highly want to thank him also our attending / housekeeping Magnolia , was so lovely and helpful . Great hospitality

The location is fantastic , the pool , the grounds . It’s quiet and we will be back! We walked to the bar in the evening in hotel great bartender , super friendly “ what one hopes to find while in vacation” his name was Anders!

The hotel staff were wondefully nice. They not only help me settle in and collaborate with finding the stuff for the conference I was attending but also help me retrieve some items I forgot in the balcony. The hotel is quiet and just a 20min walk from the harbour with nice restaurant options and activities (like visiting the Channel Islands). Overall good stay, a bit expensive but normal for the prices in the area.

Location was great for our room. I called ahead and the hotel made sure we were on the first floor with a slider that opened directly onto the grassy area for our dog! Made it a pleasure to have him with us.

Everything was great. Not one complaint from us. From the friendliness of the staff to quality of food in the restaurant to the comfort of the room .... great experience for us.

I liked that there was an enclosed jacuzzi since the weather was not particularly warm. The breakfast in the dining room was nice and the staff was friendly.

It was not as close to the Harbor Village as the web made it seem, and the walking path was not as obvious as it should have been to know where to go. The jacuzzi is nice and I am glad it is open late, but it said nobody under 18 and people still had a kid in there. If there is nobody to enforce it, then the rule doesn't matter. The towels in the pool/jacuzzi area are ridiculously small. I did not like being assessed extra taxes and stuff from the total I was given upon booking. There should be transparency about all of the extra tourism fees.

The hotel had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Rooms were clean, there was a nice hot tub and heated pool. The restaurant in the hotel is more like hotel lounge but the food was really good and we even got gratis desert. Would probably stay somewhere else with my family if it was more than 3 days.

could use some renovation

The proximity to the Ontario Mills Mall, the freeway, and local events made it a convenient location. The staff was exceptional in being accommodating. I received help with luggage and paperwork several times during my stay. The fitness area, pool and breakfast area were clean and well run. Staff readily cleaned and refilled necessary items. I had forgotten a very important journal in the lounge at checkout. They saved it for me until I was able to pick it up. I really appreciated that!

Scott at reception deck was excellent. He corrected reservation errors from Booking.com.

Trying to change the date of my reservation thru Booking.com app… message replies were slow and my trip was incorrectly cancel on our travel date. But Scott got that fixed… yeah Scott!

The facility was great, the location.next to the harbor, accessible by a very quick drive or a 20-minute walk. We didn't have a view of the harbor, but the view to the patio and the Ventura hills was also great. I LOVED the little patio area! Very peaceful. Everything was also very clean. And the enclosed jacuzzi was a great plus, perfect for the breezy harbor area.

The parking fee feels like an obligation not included in the original price, especially since there isn't really "free" parking nearby. Also, if you don't want to explore the harbor, everything else is a not-so-great drive/bike/walk away. Furthermore, breakfast and dinner are not included.

The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable, very soft, nice little patio, strong shower stream.

Need plastic mats in bathtub(underneath shower), and near vanity. Almost fell twice, because the floor, and bathtub, were slippery.

Noise levels were higher that most other hotels. The door to our room, had a large gap under, you could see outside! This was concerning to us.
