The staff the lady in the front was very sweet that's why I give a 10, she deals with alot , customers are rude some man brought like 5 dogs when it clearly said no animals allowed, they where rude and called her the B word and breaking bottles ,but the little elderly lady stood her ground God bless her.

Fleas attacked us we had bits all over

I first arrived around 11:00 a.m. but they wouldn't talk to me they said I had to come back at 3:00 p.m. so at 3:00 p.m. I came back and I had to wait an hour for just like two or three people in front of me well I made a mistake with my reservation. So I was basically homeless on Friday I had rented another place in Simi valley and was just tired so I told the place I didn't need a room anymore for Saturday Sunday Monday because they offered to cancel it for me earlier so there are five star if they canceled that reservation however I spent a few hours for nothing and have they talked to me at 11:00 a.m. would have had it straightened out in a room whatever

What I didn't like was going there at 11:00 a.m. to try to straighten or pay out my reservation and I go and I was the one that made a mistake I really needed Friday Saturday Sunday Monday but I made a mistake for Friday so but they wouldn't even talk to me have they talked to me at 11:00 a.m. I would have had a room but it's okay it's the cheapest place on Ventura and I'll try another time

The location is perfect. Walking distance to many places i want or need to go to. Staff is nice and friendly. Everytime i stay there it's a great experience for me and I sleep so good.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to book but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, good wifi and hot water. Fridge and microwave. We were on the bottom floor next to the parking lot but it was very quiet and it was Friday night. The woman working at the hotel was kind and the staff pleasant. No complaints at all, would definitely stay there again, great value indeed!

I dont think there was wifi there was the most comfortable beds couldnt figure out how to work the shower but the bathtubs were amazing older model gorgeous tubs. Desk tv lighting great. Curtains great heat great in the room windows fresh air. Its a gorgeous old hotel very happy that I was able to stay there :)

there's a 1-2 night limit from the owners they dont like booking.com you shouldn't book more than 1 night at a time they aren't pet friendly I think or kid friendly and the pool has been closed for years.

The management ANN was very accommodating and has a sense of humor helped me out in every thing and made me feel very welcome great people helping her out and I love staying there will recommend to anyone going through Ventura to stop by and enjoy the nice comfy beds especially after a 16 hr workday

Breakfast was really tasty, a lot options to choose from cold to hot buffet, bed was comfy, Tv was equipped with some free streaming platforms to watch and I wish the view was better but overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly :)

the only issue I had was bathroom doors with sliding system that didn't fully close leaving a small gap- not a big deal but to my personal preference a bit uncomfortable.

Best price you're going to get that close to the beach. Clean and friendly front desk. They have updated rooms since a lot of past reviews.

I hope they get the pool up and running soon! Once that's done this place will be the best deal in town!

everything was as expected despite the previous negative reviews. front desk very helpful. for the price the room was great and better than many hotels that charge more. Definitely will return.

The location of Travelers Beach Inn is perfect for my stay in Ventura. I've stayed here several times for almost a decade now. The price is right and it's central to my Ventura needs.
