It was really clean and breakfast had a good selection of food including protein items. Beds where comfortable. Staff was friendly. It had a large tub. The room was large.

That it was not enclosed t your room opened to outdoors we usually stay at places where everything is indoors. It was next to freeway. We were on the back side so we hear the noise of the traffic. Also they did not tell me there would a $100 deposit. I didnt realize the Intel. I looked at my bank account. The next morning when I checked out, I asked the lady why I wasn't told that there would be a $100 deposit when I checked in. She tried to show me a sign But that sign did not say anything on it about the deposit. She finally found it.It was in the corner back behind a bunch of plants.

Stayed two nights. All Staff were very helpful! Had leave at 2:30 for a 5am flight from Santa Barbara, and the funny desk girl from the first day we checked in made a note of our early departure and assured we had a breakfast bag. The location of far from the hustle and bustle of other businesses, and therefore quiet and safe; yet it was just minutes to all of a towns amenities. Very clean. Hot breakfast was with bacon, sausage, and ham, with yogurt, juices, and fruits.

The personnel the lady in the breakfast room were very nice the front desk were awesome

I didn't like the Sunday that we were there I tried to enjoy the jacuzzi and there was a family out there with several kids were running amok they were eating there pizza in the jacuzzi and parents didn't tell them anything and the water smelled I think there should be more control of people eating out there

Breakfast was good enough. Dinning atea was small. The tables were not cleaned after clients finished their meal. I did mot see personell being alert & ready to restakl & clean the area.

I asked at front desk to have my room cleaned, ie, trash thrown out, towels restalked & trash taken out & beds made up. The girl at front desk said ‘ok’ that she would let housekeeping know. That did not happen. So our room was a mess when we returned from our day at farmers mkt.

It was a nice hotel, with a nice pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable.

Things are starting to get worn down and it needs a little more maintenance. The door to the bathroom. Was chipping away, and the air conditioner in the room kept quitting, and we’d have to turn it off and re-reset it.

Breakfast was ok, about a 7 on a scale from 1-10. The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The male staff (2-4-25) was very helpful and friendly. I returned to a clean room this afternoon.

For an ice maker on the 3rd floor. More choices on tea flavor. TV did not work, it said no signal. I just used my laptop to watch the news and netflix.

The young girl at the counter wasn't friendly at all. She was actually rude and unpersonanable. I asked where the room was? down there with zero emotion. She then repeated 5 times no pets and smoking or no deposit back. I said finally I heard you the first 4 times." Thank you. I arrived at 8 pm. Asked if there was somewhere close to eat, she said she had no idea of anywhere. I know my way around that area but want to see what she would say. Then left first think in the morning wasn't there but 8 hours maybe. I'm not sure she should be working your front desk. First impressions are important and she was not a good one.

Allyson was incredible. She handled all of our requests effectively and with a great attitude. Because of her, we will stay at this property whenever we are in the area.

I loved the roominess of the room. I loved the bathroom a lot and I loved the bed being so comfortable. Everything about the room from the bathroom to the door to the desk area, even the tv was amazing

I wish that there was plungers in the room and that there was Netflix and YouTube on the tv instead of just live tv. I also wish there wasn’t parental controls on the tv

Cozy place to stay. The cost was very reasonable. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and enjoyed a relaxing evening.

Power outage issues with the banquet room. We weren't able to completely enjoy our breakfast. Please fix this issue.
