Breakfast was good enough. Dinning atea was small. The tables were not cleaned after clients finished their meal. I did mot see personell being alert & ready to restakl & clean the area.

I asked at front desk to have my room cleaned, ie, trash thrown out, towels restalked & trash taken out & beds made up. The girl at front desk said ‘ok’ that she would let housekeeping know. That did not happen. So our room was a mess when we returned from our day at farmers mkt.

Breakfast was ok, about a 7 on a scale from 1-10. The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The male staff (2-4-25) was very helpful and friendly. I returned to a clean room this afternoon.

For an ice maker on the 3rd floor. More choices on tea flavor. TV did not work, it said no signal. I just used my laptop to watch the news and netflix.

The young girl at the counter wasn't friendly at all. She was actually rude and unpersonanable. I asked where the room was? down there with zero emotion. She then repeated 5 times no pets and smoking or no deposit back. I said finally I heard you the first 4 times." Thank you. I arrived at 8 pm. Asked if there was somewhere close to eat, she said she had no idea of anywhere. I know my way around that area but want to see what she would say. Then left first think in the morning wasn't there but 8 hours maybe. I'm not sure she should be working your front desk. First impressions are important and she was not a good one.

I loved the roominess of the room. I loved the bathroom a lot and I loved the bed being so comfortable. Everything about the room from the bathroom to the door to the desk area, even the tv was amazing

I wish that there was plungers in the room and that there was Netflix and YouTube on the tv instead of just live tv. I also wish there wasn’t parental controls on the tv

Jasmina, at the desk, is marvelous! She was very responsive to our requests and that of others. Peter, the manager, is top notch ! He honored a request for compensation after discussing it. We will definitely return ❣️

the cleaning ladies are amazing, definitely deserve a raise in my opinion

everything was nice the tv options, I didn’t like how you weren’t able to use the Chanel guide on command or enter the number to the desirable channel u wanted to watch.

bathroom was very small, Beds were not what I expected, and cleanliness was also not that good. Bed sheets n walls were stained and dirty. Breakfast was good but tables were dirty and chairs old and stained

Very pleasant staff and the room was nice. They also had a jacuzzi and a pool.

The room was a bit smaller than I am used to but it had everything I needed. The view was of a vacant lot next door where quite a few large trucks parked for the night. But nothing really bad.

The freeway is right across which was very convenient. As soon as we opened our hotel door for the first time, it smelled so good and clean. The staff were very friendly especially the front desk workers. Breakfast was decent.

Not sure what happened but our room was never cleaned the 3 nights we stayed there.

loved the breakfast. location was a bit out of the way

my key card kept cancelling, so, when i would go to my room and be carrying stuff up , the door would not unlock and i had to leave my stuff at the door, because it was too inconvenient to carry it down stairs, to go get the card charged. this happened many times.
