Given its location, one would tend to think/expect certain things to occur. However, The Palace Inn is a surprising Oasis in an business/industrial area and what a GREAT nights sleep! Can't say enough positive things about the Palace Inn!

Not too big of an issue however, my eyesight is fading with age & I wasn't prepared for the required $50 CASH deposit because I booked online. I don't fault the establishment I feel that Bookings needs to do a better job of transparency on this issue. Because I did fact check and It took a while to find that info.

The property was clean with the exception of some people hanging around, but I had a good view on my truck and felt comfortable

there were some people hanging around that seemed homeless and sharing a room to take showers and I get it and rather deal with the clean homeless person then a dirty one and they didn’t make any trouble or I’m sure the manager would’ve kicked them out and they left me alone, which is a good thing so wasn’t a problem at all?

The room was great and for the price and the hot tub was the best part about staying in the room too! I really liked it because it wasn't far away from the downtown part or the beach part and it wasn't super hard to find either. The service was fast and easy as well and they got us checked in and out in no time!

Everything was good, I would say maybe add the option of a couple of streaming services in the room as well. But other than that the room was great!

I liked the check in process and having Payment options. I liked being able to have a kitchen that I could cook in. I liked the convenience of the location and being so close to everything I needed.

I did not like the stains and marking that were in the bathroom made it seem not clean. I did not like the limited spacing in the room to pull out the chairs. I didn't like the fridge not looking clean.

The rooms were well equipped and were a great value for the price. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby, but the nearby market was excellent!

Room could have been provided with higher quality soaps, shampoos and conditioners. It would have also been nice if they had ice available.

There was NO BREAKFAST. Not even a cup of coffee; and when asked about why they posted the place as B&B, the lady said “no”, when I showed the add posted as such, she said she would call her son to explain, and left me waiting because he never came out.

The floor was very dusty. The bathroom looked clean at first sight but once you close the door, you can see right away all the dirt and stains. I was tempted to clean it but there was nothing appropriate to clean it with.

The exterior and location may give people a negative perspective, but it was quite pleasant and nothing negative happened to myself or my vehicle

Petty things like furniture damage and some noisy, seemingly, live in neighbors. The latter actually doesn't bother me, but may be to some

Parking a little tight. Great place to crash and sleep. No frills, but does have a microwave n frig.

Loud traffic... racing.

They wanted a cash deposit of $50. I said that was not shown on Priceline and had no cash. They took my credit card, just like every hotel does. Sounds like something at shady motels.

The spa jetted tub and being able to book online and pay on arrival.
