We liked how close we were to the lobby, pool, and ice machine. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was near shopping centers if needing to buy some items.

What we did not enjoy was how the location of this hotel was near a highway and you could hear the cars all night long. If you are not a heavy sleeper you will not get a good night's sleep. Also, the website stated that breakfast was included however they only had coffee and tea (morning only). There was no coffee maker in the rooms or microwave either. If you do not get there early, you will have to park far from your room.

Good location with many eateries nearby and very easy access to the 101 Freeway. Great water pressure in the shower!

Parking was often a challenge, especially if you came back later in the night. Chair provided in the room was very low. Mattress was a little hard (although my gf had no issues with it- I am a big guy and she is petite). Better bed pillows would be encouraged.

Good location. In N Out a block away. The outlets are right next door. Security walks the parking lot, keeping an eye on vehicles. Rooms are clean, free coffee in the morning. Numerous places to eat surrounding the area.

Nothing I really didn't like. My daughter attended Cal State a few miles away. So this place serves its purpose. A centrally located place to stay that is also clean and inexpensive.

Exceptional service from the staff. The location was convenient for us, being right next to the outlets as well as a 50-minute drive to Santa Barbara

The bathrooms and bedding were not the cleanest. Understandably so being that they are white and stain easily. There was a lot of hair in my shower in bathroom, floor and hair on my bedding, along with stains.

The location was perfect for our event. Near outlets and convenient store and restaurants. Located off the 101 fwy. Facilities were very clean. Staff were very friendly.

Because it was next to freeway the cars are so loud. And it’s nonstop. The bottom of door didn’t have a guard on it so there was a big gap of sunlight and the cold came in. We put a towel on door.

Great location and great price. Staff is friendly. Security personnel and security features on door made me feel safe. Room was clean.

The silly rule they have for only being able to stay x number of consecutive days threw a wrench in my plans due to me not being able to stay one extra night. The bed was uncomfortable. Vending machines stole some of my money when using cash.

This is my to go to hotel when I come to Ventura country since 2013 always very clean I’m comfortable

That my previous visit I didn’t know how to turn the ac unit on went to go ask at the front desk and person that checked me in didn’t know either how to turn I guess he didn’t know that their was a thermostat on the wall to turn on of off as I wasn’t aware that they had changed that

I asked and received an ADA room. My only issue was the grab bar in the tub was on the right side directly under the handheld shower head. It was horizontal, low to grab and I had to grab around the handheld tubing that was wet from the spray. It ment I had to step directly into the path of that spray. There was no other grab bar on the left. And no vertical bar to stabilize myself.

Very close to the premium outlets and other stores which you could access by foot if you just arrived and don't have a car yet. Clean facilities and a fridge.

Very close to the main highway and you could hear it all the time even at night. It's not that one could not sleep, but if you're a light sleeper this would be really annoying.

staff was friendly and informed good location to shop the outlet stores and to find good restaurants it was only minutes away from my grandchildren and my son and daughter in law

I would have liked a coffee pot in the room.
