We really enjoyed our stay, and we want to thank you for the excellent service provided by the reception team. The rooms were spacious, the shower was wonderful, and everything was very convenient. The only thing missing in the room was drinking water. However, we appreciated the coffee available at the reception, which was a nice touch. For a hotel of this level, the breakfast was perfectly fine, but it would be great to see proper cutlery instead of plastic utensils. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you again for making our visit so enjoyable!

Close to the wedding venue . The white egg spinach egg bites were good .

A gentleman by the name of Dave on the second night did not let us drin in the common area. This was at 10:00 pm and we were being quiet . The tables & coffee table were sticky and dirty and we had to clean them . At 12:30 am people arrived across from us and made lots of noise and Dave did not anything about it . The halls should be quiet . Dave was a jerk the second night !

the people at the front desk were very professional and very helpful. they were always very courteous us when we would either ask a question or requested something we needed for our room.

the only thing that would have made it so much better is that the 3 rooms that i booked, would have been all together on the same floor. i understand that the hotel was booked and they were not able to accommodate.

The room aesthetic was nice, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was updated and clean and the night receptionist (a tall man) was very attentive. I would have rated the property a 10 if it was not for the paid parking. Thank you!

I did not like having to pay for parking and that there were very few spaces to park as a woman in the dark. The parking in the back is not well lit and is not visible to anyone. Does the hotel have cameras back there?

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. No traffic noise although room is next to the highway. Hotel offers guest laundry. Breakfast is included in the room rates. Location is near Carmarillo Premium Outlets, less than ten minutes drive.

Quite expensive guest laundry charges at USD 5 for washing clothes and USD 5 for drying. The charges at other hotels we stayed are lower at around USD 3-4 . Had a hard time diligently accumulating quarters for washing and drying clothes. No free parking.

Close to our venue we attended and felt safe especially the parking.

Well there is a $20 per day parking fee per day. The breakfast is more continental, not too impressive, GMO eggs and potatoes and I think the sausage was too, but they had coffee, juices, etc., and cold cereal.

The location was perfect for us. We were on our way from Sacramento to San Diego. The rooms were quiet, the staff friendly. The breakfast was ok but could be improved by a waffle maker for example and a variety of coffees.

Only one elevator is not enough for a hotel of this size. Also I missed the christmas spirit in this hotel. A tree is just not enough. They could have offered a few snacks under the tree to make christmas for those on the road a little more festive.

Breakfast what you'd expect. Good variety of things offered. Pool looked clean. Outdoor areas by pool need care...a bit shabby, but overall the nice room , location, lobby make it a good choice for anyone traveling or visiting family in the area. Only negative They charge for parking! This information was not evident when booking. It was a surprise at check-in. Would stay here again because of convenient location and amenities.

Everything was wonderful except for…

The breakfast was rubbish. It tastes like powdered eggs, microwave bacon, and freezer burnt potatoes. I would have opted for fruit instead, but the bananas had more freckles than me in summer time.

Carpet clean & soft on feet after walking all day. Beds very comfortable. Continental breakfast had hot food (eggs, breakfast sandwiches) + already premade waffles in plastic, just pop in toaster. A lot less mess.

Had to pay $10 per night for parking. Swimming pool right outside lobby with huge windows where everyone can see you.
