The property location to the ocean was amazing. The beach and the neighborhood were quiet and not over run with people. It had everything we needed with space to hang out. The jacuzzi in the back made for a perfect girls trip. I will definitely book again.

It would be nice to have a smaller window of when the jacuzzi cleaner would be entering my back yard. He was nice and it was fine but I wasn’t crazy about the idea that he could show up at any time throughout the day without notice.

Beautifully kept 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and clean. Felt like a home away from home. We didn't need to ask for much as everything was fully stocked and furnished. Felt very cozy and comfortable. Asking for necessities was very convenient and the staff brought what we asked for fast and even brought extra which was helpful. Absolutely love this place. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed. Our jacuzzi was overlooking the ocean so it was nice to sit there and watch the sunset. We stayed during Thanksgiving so to still have the staff be attentive was awesome.

You can hear your neighbors slam their front door which sounded like someone slammed into our wall each time.

Ocean front property, your assigned a parking spot, the house is fully furnished. Full amenities like a full kitchen (regular fridge, stove, dishwasher), stackable washer/dryer), spa, dinning room, living room plus what ever you book 4, 6, 8 sleeper. I had an 8 sleeper this time, but been in a 6 sleeper in the past.

My only down side is check in and out. Check in is usually between 4-6pm PST & check out us 9am-10am. This is a resort, so the office closes at 6pm, my best advice please just keep in contact with Channel island Shores not any 3rd party if you booked that way, that you are going to be late or even might. The resort will take care of you & give you instructions. Very nice people.

pleasantly surprised to have our own hot tub and an extra bathroom. - that wasn't included in the description. very convenient to have a washer/dryer and a kitchen.

kitchen could use use larger frypan and locating basic items was a test. the glass cutting board is too small and rather dangerous when cutting our watermelon. sofa bed was uncomfortable.

I will definitely recommend your resort to anyone going to your area. The value, location, and space were great. Most importantly, my interactions with your staff were fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and accommodating.

The condo we stayed in could use some updates, but it did not negatively impact our stay.

Great location and size of the unit. This complex is old, but it's well-maintained and clean. It's 1/2 block from the beach and our unit had a spa—friendly and helpful ladies working at the front desk. Highly recommend for a budget pick, you can't beat the location.

Channel Island Shores is a great, but it is an older complex. It's basic, but good.

This was my first time at Channel Island Shores. Everything about our stay was great. Tina, who works the front desk is very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. These are timeshare units that are old but well maintained and clean. They are very clean and most of the units have a private outdoor spa on the patio or balcony. The proximity to the beach is also amazing. Depending on the location of your room, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the sand. I will definitely be returning for another stay! Beaches are great but there are no lifeguards.

The only thing I can think of would be to have 11am check out rather than 10am.

I just loved this place! Communication from the front office regarding check in was excellent and thorough. There was easy, private parking. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was spectacular - full kitchen, huge bedroom, sparkling clean, and a private hot tub for every unit. It is a 30-second walk to the beach, and the neighborhood and surrounding coast is so lovely. I loved everything about this place, and I thought their customer service was excellent! I will definitely be back! :)

Only thing I would change it the early check out time - 10 AM. Other than that, zero complaints!! Thank you!

We enjoyed the spa, BBQ, and the kitchen! We love to cook so it was nice doing it at the condo.

The bathtub and bathroom needs upgrades. Hairs left in bathroom from last tenants.

My family and I LOVED everything about his place! It felt like home away from home; yet a very short walk from the beach! It was so wonderful, everything about it. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of towels and extra amenities! Thank you so much for offering such an amazing stay!
