Conveniently close to attending venue for a family celebration. Close to stores, restaurants, and freeway. Clean and spacious room. Quiet, and peaceful. Very friendly staff.

Doors and curtains were a bit dirty/stained, but overall the room smelled and looked clean. No extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom available. (Barely made it with what was in there). A box of tissues in the room would also have been nice.

I needed a safe and affordable place to stay close to Ventura Harbor, where I had put in a hard days work. The staff was kind and welcoming and the room was clean and spacious. The price was very good value. The building was super quiet. The water was hot and the towels were nice.

The pictures I seen on Google didn't match the actual room but it was very clean, located in a safe area near the beach. Outside of the complex was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The windows had a bit of mold around them, there also wasn't info on the free wifi that was offered online while booked in

It was close to where we needed to go and there were good fast food restaurants nearby. It was clean and we were able to park in front of our room.

It smelled strongly of cilantro! It was kind of hard to breathe until I either got used to the smell or the a/c unit filtered it away.

The mattress was not comfortable but we were evacuating from a fire so that wasn’t an issue.

Great value but thin walls. I was satisfied for what I paid and would stay there again. Liked speaking with owner about vegan restaurants in the area.

Very spacious room, including sofa! AC, bed and shower where all good. Easy check-in experience, and plenty of parking spaces. Very nice stay for the price!

WiFi did not work very well in the entire room. Had to sit on the sofa for sufficient WiFi to load images/movies.
