Great property. Clean, comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby. Great location. Near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Easy drive to beaches - about 45 minutes away. Highly recommend for affordable accommodations.

The pool was okay. Small, no lounge chairs, no towels. Not that big of a deal, as I did not book based on this amenity. However, families with younger children who might want to spend time in the pool, just be aware that its a little on the small side. But very clean.

We liked how close we were to the lobby, pool, and ice machine. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was near shopping centers if needing to buy some items.

What we did not enjoy was how the location of this hotel was near a highway and you could hear the cars all night long. If you are not a heavy sleeper you will not get a good night's sleep. Also, the website stated that breakfast was included however they only had coffee and tea (morning only). There was no coffee maker in the rooms or microwave either. If you do not get there early, you will have to park far from your room.

I just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep for one night. This hotel was very affordable, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a great little fridge, blackout curtains, and a good air conditioner. It was perfect for my needs. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

There is not an elevator and it was a long walk to the stairs from my car and to my room.

Everything was to my satisfaction. Although there was a noisy freeway right outside my door, everything was quite inside with the window and door closed. The bed was more comfortable than I had expected.

The only thing that bothered me was the smell of mildew coming out of the air conditioner, but all discount motels have this issue. It wasn't a big deal to me.

Good location. In N Out a block away. The outlets are right next door. Security walks the parking lot, keeping an eye on vehicles. Rooms are clean, free coffee in the morning. Numerous places to eat surrounding the area.

Nothing I really didn't like. My daughter attended Cal State a few miles away. So this place serves its purpose. A centrally located place to stay that is also clean and inexpensive.

Good location with many eateries nearby and very easy access to the 101 Freeway. Great water pressure in the shower!

Parking was often a challenge, especially if you came back later in the night. Chair provided in the room was very low. Mattress was a little hard (although my gf had no issues with it- I am a big guy and she is petite). Better bed pillows would be encouraged.

They only provide new towels and do not make the bed for you each night. Works for me I don’t need anything more than they provided. Clean, efficient.

Little noisy as someone kept getting ice at 5am and the machine is in a hallway outside that was near My room.

The location was perfect for our event. Near outlets and convenient store and restaurants. Located off the 101 fwy. Facilities were very clean. Staff were very friendly.

Because it was next to freeway the cars are so loud. And it’s nonstop. The bottom of door didn’t have a guard on it so there was a big gap of sunlight and the cold came in. We put a towel on door.

Exceptional service from the staff. The location was convenient for us, being right next to the outlets as well as a 50-minute drive to Santa Barbara

The bathrooms and bedding were not the cleanest. Understandably so being that they are white and stain easily. There was a lot of hair in my shower in bathroom, floor and hair on my bedding, along with stains.

Great location and great price. Staff is friendly. Security personnel and security features on door made me feel safe. Room was clean.

The silly rule they have for only being able to stay x number of consecutive days threw a wrench in my plans due to me not being able to stay one extra night. The bed was uncomfortable. Vending machines stole some of my money when using cash.
