The location is top notch - easy walk next door for coffee bean and tea leaf, restaurants, Trader Joe’s..or walk across the street to the shopping center for Ralph’s, rite aid, more great food spots and shopping! The hotel itself is great and clean, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious!

The elevator was being wonky - again I’ve stayed here many times but this was a new issue so hopefully it’s been resolved. I’d press lobby and it would take me UP to the 3rd floor, or I’d select 2nd floor and it would go to the parking garage (with no one waiting mind you) but not a big deal!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. The rooms were generally clean, and the staff was really welcoming and nice. The rooms were very spacious, providing all the space we needed. Additionally, there is a shopping center right near the hotel, which is really good!

The first thing I did not like so much was that you need to request room cleaning by 11 o'clock in the morning. I understand that it is the hotel policy, but there were days when we forgot or overslept, and then we found ourselves without the option to have our room cleaned. The second thing I did not like much is the additional charge for parking. I can understand that for guests staying just one night, it makes sense to charge for parking. However, since we stayed for 7 nights, it would have been nice if they allowed guests with longer stays, who are already paying a significant amount, to park their cars for free. Interestingly, there is a free parking lot in the shopping center just a minute's walk away.

One of the best parts about my time here was how walkable everything was—restaurants, shops, and key destinations were all just a short walk away. I really appreciated not having to rely on a car for most of my stay. The staff was courteous and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the staff were lovely and the hotel rooms were massive even just for one person, the pool was small and very quiet most days.

some days the maids would not clean your room and you had to request for the maids to clean your room as they did it until 2:30pm, and if they didn’t clean your room you’d have to sleep in a dirty room, and the room was overall very clean just some parts were a little dusty/dirty!

Very convenient location, in a lovely area. Lovely big bed in a spacious room. The cafe near reception was great particularly as the drinks making facilities in the room weren’t great.

The door to the room needs better light insulation as the lights in the corridor shone through the gaps in between the door its frame all night, which kept me awake. An alternative would be to turn the lights off in the corridor at night or put motion sensors to control the lights coming on. The drinks making machine in the room was inadequate. A simple kettle for boiling water for drinks would be better.

Convenient, clean, dog friendly

The hotel has marked certain areas along the outside wall of the hotel as no-parking areas but does not enforce such policy against the guests who park there. This makes it very difficult for the guests parked in the adjacent designated pull-in parking areas to safely back out of their parking spots because the improperly parked vehicles are too close behind the designated pull-in parking spots. We complained a couple of times to the front desk but as the day went on there were more and more cars parked in the no parking areas against the outside wall of the hotel.

The room was very large-premium King! The bed was comfortable as being just right in firmness! Plenty of plugs and charger ports located beside bed! Large TV , easy to navigate! Good temperature control with wuiet heater/fan! Staff courteous and attentive, ie requested shower caps and they were brought to room very quickly! Nice refrig and microwave!

The shower is not comfortable with its rain shower. Prefer shower that can be hand held. All showers should have safety bars whether handicapped or not! Shower doors better than just a partial glass wall. Need free parking for guests. Need more than one luggage caddy. A brief brochure about room and hotel, hrs for bistro, how to's for TV, list of surrounding restaurants and shops etc. We were in ground floor and people above us were playing loud music past 12 AM. No brochure so did not know what the quiet hours were!

While it is a little more worn than when we stayed there three years ago, the hotel continues to provide comfortable rooms, good service, and a location that is within walking distance from many restaurants.

There were a few issues when we arrived, including a refrigerator that didn’t function and light bulbs that were burnt out. To their credit, the staff resolved the issues quickly.
