The staff were exceptional, 5 stars all around. Everyone in all departments was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean, room was spacious and well stocked with towels and other amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from a large shopping plaza. Grounds are well kept. Ample parking. I’ll say it again to emphasize - the staff were fantastic!

There’s only one thing keeping me from rating 5 stars for facilities - the pool was COLD! It was supposed to be 90 degrees, but it was barely cool. The person at reception did offer to turn up the temperature for the pool the morning I was going to swim, which was nice, but wasn’t it supposed to be at 90 degrees? My brother said it was cold the previous night as well, so seems like it was never really heated. *With my stay being in December, this is an issue!

The property is quite nice.. well kept. The room was clean & inviting but the room had a movement sensitive light that would turn on in the middle of the night when going to bathroom. A small annoyance was the location of the toilet paper dispenser was far from toilet. We weren’t told on arrival that there was a charge for breakfast & the hostess there was brusque. The receptionists were all professional and friendly as was other staff we encountered.

Location was just perfect restaurants shopping center coffee place, nice place to stay very clean, beds are comfy nice staff, friendly people around , nice area I’ve been here few times and I really like to come back again!

I was traveling with my son, and I have the feeling that we have the room all the way to the back because he is over 13 years old, I have to book him as adult, maybe the front desk though we are going to be a noisy people.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my visit. It's in a wonderful location of Calabasas, close to shops and restaurants, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! Having used to have lived close to this hotel's location for many years, it feels like a little home away from home now.

The shower's water pressure is a bit weak.

Breakfast was great, excellent customer service, food delish, ample table space and a large table for larger families. I was especially happy to find all the restaurants and shops in such a short walking distance. Thanks!

Just the chair in the room, the larger of the two chairs was very uncomfortable but everything else was perfect. Thank you.

Fabulous location near the Commons shopping centre. Easy walks around the location. I've stayed here many times when visiting from Australia. I have friends in this area & further north so it suits me. It is a fair distance from Hollywood & Beverly Hills.

We thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights here on a family holiday. An easy 5 min walk to The Commons shops and restaurants was super handy. We also tried a breakfast and a dinner at the hotel's restaurant and both were great. The Chef also makes great cookies! With easy accèss to the freeway you can drive to Hollywood in 30 mins (if no delays). Also very easy to get to Malibu over Malibu Canyon Road. All in all loved it.

I have stayed at this property many times. The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The food is really really good and the place is very clean.

Bathroom needed a little love - grout aging and cracked, shower curtain was too high to stay inside tub easily. Phone line didn't work. TV navigation was clunky
