I booked this for a last minute work trip and wanted to be near the set in Woodland Hills. Most of the hotels I viewed in the area looked pretty bland but this one stood out with some lush photos and amenities. When I arrived, I wasn't sure I was at the right place because it far exceeded expectations! Beautiful, lush property - very Mediterranean feeing with a little vineyard and multiple restaurants on-site. State of the art gym overlooking a nice quiet pool. Room service was quick and delicious. Couldn't be happier I opted for Westlake Village Inn and would like to return for a leisure trip.

The grounds are stunning.

Our room was beautiful but a few things had us scratching our heads: The sinks were very slow draining. Only two bath towels. No towel hooks. No microwave and the world’s smallest refrigerator. Lastly, the bathroom door was huge (we had a spa suite), but opened up right in front of the free standing bathtub, which made it tricky and loud at night (door was like a barn style, heavy and loud). We did love the room overall, and we had a great balcony, with a great view.

There was so much jasmine everywhere, including a jasmine arch leading into a ceremony area. It perfumes the air in a lovely way. The pool and hot tub area are fantastic. The room was perfectly comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking said jasmine arch. Very good value proposition.

This is a nit, but maybe the TV should allow streaming from guests’ devices, like Chromecast. There also aren’t useable outlets by the bed.

My husband and I came here for a staycation to get away from reality for a couple of days and it was everything we hoped for and more! The rooms were beautiful and so quiet! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing as well. We were able to spend the day that we checked out at the pool. Bree at the pool was amazing. She was always there to help us and went out of her way. Can't wait to go back here again!

My fiancee and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. We were able to upgrade rooms at a reasonable rate. The upgraded room far exceeded our expectations and made for an even more surreal weekend. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They helped with several room/gift deliveries.

Loved the location! Lots of green space and gardens. Was quiet, no traffic noise. I felt safe, good security. There are several great restaurants on the premises. Have their own vineyard and wine too! I will return.

The pillows. I didn't find one that was right for me. The toilet was low to the floor , but not really a big deal.

Beautiful location it literally felt like a resort

My first rooms remote didn’t work and then the ac was causing water to drop from the vents. Floors were soaked. Thankfully the front desk let us change rooms and promoted us to a nicer room

Rooms clean and pretty

Bed mattress were hard and not comfortable. They seemed like old mattresses. Also a big issue is that the electrical outlets were few and in order to plug in a phone or computer we had to disconnect a lamp or other hotel appliance. In many upgraded hotels the electrical is upgraded. Also in the bathroom when I used the dryer while the bathroom light and hallway light was on the breaker tripped twice. We had to call Maintinance department to fix it. It seemed like the GFI needed to be replaced. When it tripped the hall light would turn off as well as the GFI bathroom plug. Room 206 I believe is what we stayed in.

Walkable, bikeable, great pools and agardens

Front desk clerk actually ignored me standing at desk until his co-worker acknowledged my presence and requested he help me. Other than one unprofessional clerk, we had a great time.

Great property , used workout center and pool . Used electric bikes , but were not given instructions on there use .
