Nice and clean. Somewhat central to my conference at CSUN (20 minute commute) with a Starbucks on the way. Plenty of good dining options or use of DoorDash. They it me in a corner room to help finish loud bar below (which was appreciated). Had little fridge, Keurig, microwave in room. Ice out by elevator. Brought up additional hangars quickly when requested. Desk clerk was very warm and pleasant.

Parking- narrow small spots. Makes it difficult to get in and leave with anything other than compact vehicles parking in it.

Breakfast was good. The fresh mini pancakes were the best 🥞 They also had a mini ‘store’ section that offered a lot of different essentials / snacks. The rooms were also very clean and comfy!

We had a weird problem with our door as it wasn’t locking, but the staff fixed it right away! In addition, our friends who stayed in another hotel room, stated their room was noisy due to the traffic outside. We personally had a very quiet room, so I think you can always request a different room if the outside noise is too much to deal with. My friends are night owls so they didn’t mind.

I hosted my family from abroad and this location is close to my place, to universal studio, hollywood sign, santa monica, hollywood blvd, rodeo drive WITHOUT the traffic in LA. Laid back town, its quiet and safe. Plus buffett breakfast and unlimited free coffee,water and tea.

One morning a random bystander guy who looks “high” or under influence of something was in parking structure. I didnt notice any security with gun to protect the guests and employees in case such uninvited guest comes to disturb other people.

Room layout and storage was excellent. Location and free parking also appreciated. Comfy bed and good towels.

Breakfast was very average. Include better dry cereals, and oatmeal that is not so watery. Consider individual instant oatmeal packages. Include better quality fresh fruit. The coffee was terrible. Please use a better quality. Why not Starbucks? In room coffee was also sub par.

I stayed at other Holiday Inn Express for business trips, but by far, this is the best one I've stayed in. It's clean, friendliest staff, beds were comfy, cleaning service was awesome and the service areas are within walking distance. Breakfast was good. I can't complain! I'd stay here again for my next business trip :)

The ice machine was located at one floor only - that was a little inconvenient.

Everything was amazing. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very clean! I especially liked the Dove products in the bathroom (hand soap, lotion, etc.) Then, on the morning of checkout, we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast! I appreciated the variety of food, most especially that hot food was offered. My family and I had such a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Good selection for breakfast. Used the hottub and it was great. Location was good.

Our last night the people above us was walking around a lot during the night which was annoying. In the morning I found a huge cockroach on the rug. Not sure where it came from or when.

Everything. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient in all respects. The service was super. The answer to our requests was always “of course.” The pool was perfectly heated and breakfasts were satisfying.

The room was well lite, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded promptly when a problem occurred with the room. Despite a train could be heard outside, the room was pretty quiet.

I liked everything except for the windows not being able to keep out the train noise completely.

We were skeptical at first about the location but surprisingly it was very quiet and the newly renovated rooms were a great surprise.

It serves the purpose to travelers I think because whoever stays there is to have a safe, clean and respectful evening. It’s not a resort to hang out in the hotel and do activities.
